Poll is again very limited.

I would play it on a console but then I would have graphics that possibly look worse. And a much lower playing resolution so I will play it on PC anyway. Its powerful enough to run it. Otherwise I'll buy a new one :p

Yeah, I'd definitely like the option to use a keyboard and mouse too. I cannot fathom why we don't see more games giving the keyboard and mouse option for consoles, I've only seen it in UT3. It's not any more complicated to use a keyboard with a console, people act as though it's sheer madness, heresy of the highest order, and that doing it would severally reduce the keyboards efficiency. It should be standard practice for a lot of games, especially RPG's, RTS's (not that there's many on consoles, but if this INSANE stigma of it being strange was removed, maybe their would be) and FPS's.

Simple answer for me. Yes. Because I highly doubt my shitty ass PC will be able to run the game. At least if it came to consoles I could play it.

depends on the pc specs and if the xbox requires a gold subscription to play properly.

Definitely on PC.

The only Blizzard game I would play on consoles is Starcraft Ghost, and that, unfortunately, is never going to happen.

Other.

I have no interest in Diablo III at all. All of my interest in the game series went away in 2005 because I got tired of waiting for the game to come out.

I'd love to see it on the '360, although I would want a mouse and keyboard.

Consoles are just more cost effective for my gaming needs, as I hate having to update my hardware and tinker with settings to get a game running both smoothly and pretty and consoles do all that for me.

WTF NOSCOPE HEADSHOT HITMARKER FIRE BOMB! /quit.

OT: I just got a new PC; so PC for me. Also I can't imagine Diablo II on a console; imagine arranging all the items, constantly mashing x and I don't know. It just wouldn't feel right.

I remember the last time a Diablo game was released on console. Alas, controllers haven't changed AT ALL since then. Even with the system's overhaul for D3, without a keyboard and mouse, ARPGs are simply doomed to failure.
Not so look at Baldur's Gate, was a huge hit for PS2 and also Demon's Souls a nice Action RPG sleeper hit.
Although I will agree, I would argue that both of these games were made for consoles in the first place (I could be wrong, so feel free to correct me if I am). They are not, to my knowledge, click-heavy in the style of Diablo/Torchlight etc... Maybe my statement was a little too broad. That being said, have you played the console version of Diablo? It was horrible. And since controllers have not changed since the Playstation era, I doubt that a console port of Diablo 3 would function equally to the PC version. But then again, I just prefer keyboard and mouse to controller, so that could just be me :p
Actually Baldurs Gate wasn't ported to consoles, a different version called "Baldurs Gate: Dark Alliances" (I think) was made which was a hack and slash rather than a dnd based combat system. As far as I remember it also didnt follow the same storylines but I could be wrong.

Realy depends on how the controls are for the 360.If they are good, i would because then i could take to friends on Xbox Live and also, I can play longer sessions with a controller than a mouse and keyboard.

Hell no, It is a PC game-
So? It was mediocre, but Halo Wars did a damn good job at having a go at a console RTS. Better than some PC ones, too.

I don't get what you mean when you say "PC Game". Hell, If it had a good control scheme it might actually be a good idea.

Diablo 3 as a game does not interest me. If it did though... I'd be getting it on the PC.

I'd play it on a console because my PC can't handle it respectably. Still, I recognize that this game being throughout it's development not designed with either a gamepad or motion controls. Thus I'd prefer if possible to own it on the PC.

I only got a PC and a Wii, and I can't see for me Diablo 3 on the Wii. but my friend got really pissed about Dragon age on the PS3, so I think this is a made for PC game...
