Resident Evil 2 in a shade over 2 hours, the original Metal Gear Solid in a shade under (1:57 iirc).

Not counting Portal, the quickest I've ever completed a full length game was Condemned in about 9 hours, and that was trying to get achievements too.

I think it was a rugrats game, less than 2 hours.

We may have been playing the same Rugrats game. I hold the game Rugrats: Search for Reptar close to my heart even if it is piss easy. It's functional at the very least. I actually bothered to practice this game and my quickest time is somewhere around an hour and a few mins.

the first Paper Mario took me about 15 hours the first time, but I managed to beat it in less then 4 hours around my 5th playthrough.

...So you're saying you beat it faster than any recorded speed run, then?

The best is about 4:10, I believe.

Okay sorry, a bit of an exaggeration on my part. It's been a long time since I last played it, I can't remember EXACTLY how long it took me. Maybe around 6 or 7 hours. But I do reeeeeeally love that game.
Oh, and I just looked up the world record and it's apparently around 3:30. whoa.
