I don't think there's anything quirky I find particularly attractive. I mean, quirkiness might make her easier to remember and so I might think about her more, but I don't know that it would make her more attractive to me. I think that quirks are only attractive on girls for whom they work. Not all quirks are attractive on every girl.

BIG TITS is hardly idiosyncratic or quirky, but I love 'em. More to the point, I love NICE breasts, and if they're both big and shapely I'm certainly not going to complain. Before I read the OP, I actually thought this was going to be more about sexy personality traits.
Really short, spiky hair is sexy on the right woman (think suicide girls). A subversive personality and an "I love nerds" T won't hurt her, either. Though it's a trite sitcom, I still sometimes enjoy watching That 70's Show, and my favorite part was always when Donna said to Eric, "Oh, you're my horny nerd-boy!"
Funky taste in music, a bit of an artsy disposition without being pretentious, and a TRULY liberal outlook (i.e. not just identifying herself as a feminist b/c she's angry at men) are all pretty damned close to being must-haves. A colorful wardrobe is also a turn-on, especially if it's of the sort that says "I can enjoy being a sexy ***** without being a ho."
Being truly bi is also a turn-on, and no, it's not just for the obvious reasons (anyone who's ever inhabited a liberal arts town for any length of time knows what I mean). The sort of bi woman who's actually interesting to talk to because of the specific things she likes in girls - and they're also better lovers, btw.

I guess I don't have any particular quirky attractions. If I think she's pretty we'll take it from there basically.
I found girls with two different colored eyes hot. They are rare, but they exist! I also likes girls who kind of bitches, not in the "I control the world" *****, but just general bitchiness. It entertains me greatly.
I would agree with the different kinda of eyeshadow. I think if done well it can make a girl look very attractive.
Wet-look pants as well, "oil slick" I think it's what they're called, i'm not really sure. Basically some leggings type stuff that is black and semi-light reflective. I always find a girl who wears that will be attractive to me, although that might be cause so few girls can pull it off.

Not traditional? Well, anything nerdy is not traditional I suppose, and I find it very attractive when a girl can correct me on what the best party is in Dragon Age: Origins, just to name something. Nerdy outfits as well, nerd shirts and glasses, awesome.
Looks/attitude-wise, I find myself drawn to the most shy girls. The one's who want to melt away in the crowd are usually the first I notice. And freckles, I find them horribly cute.
