Big coke bottle glasses, skirts, long dark hair, pale skin, has to like big band/swing/jazz music. Also, being able to eat my cooking is a plus.

Most people consider charisma to be a traditional thing they look for in a mate. At least the physical beauty aspect of charisma. Not so much the leadership potential aspect. i like girls with really short hair... and charisma... the girl who all the boys circle around, but she doesn't even notice it... and moe traits... if they are cute.. the can just be annoying

A little insanity. I don't mean the "psycho-*****" kind as opposed to the slightly quirky kind who doesn't feel the need to act normal just to make things easier.
To use a fictional example: Haruhi Suzumiya without the selfishness.
I like the gothic/punk look on girls. Although not so much the excessive kind (face full of piercings etc.), more of the black clothing, eye-liner and unusual hair-style kind.

I like glasses on a woman-- this is probably fairly common. Anything that seems to radiate intelligence is attractive to me. Maybe I just like to imagine that most women are smarter than they actually are (that sounded sexist, and yet somehow not).
