By a huge margin, the most angry I've ever been at a game was Okami. Don't fall for people saying what an underrated classic it is. It's a goddamn broken, barely playable mess. And then you get to the required digging minigame. You have a very strict time limit. Make only a few mistakes and you have failed. And you will absolutely make more than the regulation number of mistakes because the game's "Celestial Brush" mechanic is a poorly programmed piece of shit that can't tell all the circle based shapes apart. Holy hell, I have never raged so hard before and I haven't raged so hard since. I even put the game away for a few weeks and then came back to it, and within minutes I was raging again.
Sold that piece of shit soon after, and I haven't looked back except to warn other people about how broken the game is in the face of a bunch of liars telling them how great it is. It's really not. Games are an interactive medium, and when you can't properly do that, they have completely failed. I would rank Okami lower than ET for Atari 2600, Big Rigs Over the Road Racing, and all the other infamously bad games out there. Don't play (rather, don't attempt to play, because actually playing this broken slop is impossible) Okami.
