Jumping up and down as you walk makes you go faster. If the game you're playing doesn't have a jump button you are damned to slowness.

Put your S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats aaaall to intelligence so you'll have 20 points to dish out. Quickly raise explosives to 25. Kill every enemy between vault 101 and Megaton and go and defuse the nuke (for good character). You'll be level three in no time. And with the 300 experience gained from Power of the Atom, you'll be really close to level 4.
In Smash Brothers choose either Link or Samus as their grappling attacks can save you from a KO. Aim for the edge of the stage and pray it hits!
Just Cause 2: Just for fun, grapple onto a billboard featuring Baby. You should get a 'press triangle/Y to activate' prompt. This allows you to draw a mustache and glasses on the president of Panaue
To all medics: You are of more value then most other classes, im looking at you sniper, do not waste your life charging in with a useless fighter

Splinter Cell Conviction - To get the 50gp Achievement "Last Man Standing," put on full armor value, and then set it on rookie to the Second Petersburg map(my friend and I made it to round 17/20 on realistic so that should prove how affective this strategy we found is). then shoot out all the outdoor lights and don't go inside(if one of you get into a chokehold upstairs you are screwed). AND PRESTO, you can easily get the hardest achievement in the game.
Morrowind: after choosing your starsign etc, steal stuff in the room like the big platter worth 650g then drop it straight away, then the guard will come over and "take the items off you", its too early in game for them fine you and as you dropped the items they take nothing from you, then pick them all up once you are done stealing.

Don't rush to buy the first weapon or upgrade you're offered. Save your cash, because it's always bound to be shite, one or two games an exception.
Friendly NPCs with rocket launchers are BAD news.
Walking into any open area? Stop just before the door, and scan the area for cover or high ledges.
If you can spare the time to use a weaker weapon with no ammo or with lots available, do. That hyper-powered shotgun-spraying gatling doohickey might just save your arse someday.

With some many tips on this page I'm not sure if these have been done but here it goes
Kingdom Hearts 2: When fighting Sephorth put whatever reflect spell you have under shortcuts it can protect you from almost all his attacks and send the damge right back to him. Also if you time the use of your megelixer's just right you can actually heal yourself the exact seconed after he uses sin harvest.
Final Fantasy 8: If you want to beat Omega weapon get ahold of the gilgamesh and Laugana Cards they can be turend into items that can make your party members invincble for a short time.
Street Fighter 4: When fighting Seth's seconed form don't fight him head on instead block and wait him out he follows a pattern ( Just not in the tradtional sense) and is compltlely vurnable after using certain attacks where you can get a couple of good hits in just don't get gredy other wise he'll overwhelm you.
