"We dabbled in science no man was meant to. We opened a portal to our own alternate universe ten million years in the past (probably not right but screw you dino freaks!). They came so quickly... so very quickly. We had no time to act! We tried to contain it off, but a few days ago, the velocoraptors escaped!"Larenxis said:
Max watched the car speed away carmly flicking through his radio in case he could contact the car. 'Whitecoat's weren't told about lockdown road spikes' he thought to himself, not for the first time doubting the genius of bureaucracy. The car stoped as somebody threw something into it, 'that works for now'.
Wheezing and jiggling, another person appeared on the scene. It was a large, obese man, waddling towards the taxi. He managed to make it, and leaned against the cab gasping and coughing. He managed to control his breathing, and blurted out to Rain "Worst quote ever!" before slumping against the car in exhaustion. He took out a large candy bar, and devoured it much like that cow had been devoured earlier. Finishing the candy bar, he then proceeded to enter the car. "Hi, the names Newman, can anyone care to explain whats going on? Like why a raptor chased me around my house when I was watching Jurassic Park?" he said with some panting.
OOC: If your wondering about the plotholes, or how he could have possibly known that give me a break, its late over here. Also, I hope this trains us for any sort of major raptor outbreak. The first signs would be those Cassowary's hiding in long grass...
Also, this seems familiar. Dinosaurs overrunning a base, set in the present, time portal!? I know what this is! Its Dino Crisis isnt it?

The old farmer turns around in his seat clutching his shotgun to see an obese man walking over. He leans on the car and says something but the farmer doesnt notice what it is. He is too busy wondering why some guy threw a shoe at the window of the taxi and why they arent moving.

The group of raptors and a small bunny continue to walk through the dense forest, the bunny occasionally stopping to nibble a bush. Later they come across a large black path with some 10ft wire mesh around it. The lead raptor sniffs around the fence and seeing that it stretches far off to either side he decides that he and his pack should knock it down. After discussing it with his pack they reach a decision they all jump onto the fence and a section of it breaks off. They walk onto the path and head down one side of it, one of the raptors stops and asks if the bunny is coming with them before caching up to the group.
John fires the flare at the raptor chasing him, it screeches and turns. John takes the opening for his advantage and hides behind a building.
"Jeeez..what have I gotten myself into.?" He says to himself.

OOC: But the taxi driver hasn't posted since getting out of the cab. And Yonni-Kun, I'd recommend a slightly longer post, I don't really know what you're up to.
"Uh, hi Newman," Aren said to the fat man, looking around to make sure no raptors were about. The cows seemed to be moving away from them now, so she was a little less worried. "My name's Aren. I don't really know what's going on, but the guy with the glasses says there was some kind of portal that led to an alternate reality full of dinosaurs, and it's gotten out of control or something." She leaned back in her seat and laughed, before explaining "Man, this is some weird shit."

the raptors following the path come upon a large gate that is glowing in the center they observe from a distance for a while when they see another raptor heading towards the portal through a break in the fence near the gate the new raptor walks up into the gate and vanishes (its one of the raptors that attacked you guys a while back ate some cows and got shot) the leader of the group seeing this decides it would be best to avoid the gate for now and breaks down another part of the fence to get back into the jungle.

Alex limped away blood gushing from his leg as the giganotasaur ate the LMG gunners he wasn't sure if anyone else was alive so he headed for the armoury as the dinos ate the bodies of the others. Until one raptor screeched and charged at him with only a moments notice he turned round and blasted it with his spaz 12 sending it hurtling to the ground. Luckily the other's were occupied with there feast. He made it to the armoury finding his Lieutenant loading up.

A distinct shadow looms over the very dense canopy of a tree overhead of the commotion. "Oh wow, they've broken out of those things so fast, I may need to speed up the schedule." I look on my wrist-watch and see the time and compare it to a paper sealed with an emblem. As I sigh "Damn, looks to be so..." I grab my shocker-gun(Splinter cell style, capible of taking down dinosaurs for 1-4 hrs.depending on size) and I put the shocker-gun in it's holster on my thigh.
"Marlow 1, this is cryptonym Jackal, the cat's out of the bag...and we have interlopers." I whisper into my sat-com raido.
The shadow quickly checks it's gear" Ok six T-gas grenades, six flashes, and six smokes. And six Chaffs. Check. Shocker-gun with enough battery for eight days. Check. Camouflage cloak(Chameleon style). Check. Med-kit. Check. Gas mask. Combat Knife. Check. Binoculars and Night/thermal vision attachments. Check." I ponder to myself as to if I'm missing anything....I quickly look up a surprised 'oops'. I forgot the deoderant and grappler. Check. And two eight-piece C4 charges.
"Great well the mission has not been compromised too much, although the dinos are all over and the civians are in panic. It's not so bad however, my mission remains the same I must not be detected by either of them."

wrong, the taxi is being driven by Lieutenant Moneybags, who had escaped the main research facility and isn't too keen on going back.Tsurugi said:

they pulled into the parking lot. The raptors were spreading out form ground one (groung zero is the island) faster and in larger numbers then imaginable (this is starting to sound like a bad SciFi channel movie, but purple rain is here to make it good). There were two deinonychus stood over a dead body, feeding. Two more stood gaurd, the occupants of the car got out and opened fire making short work. They went inside.
"Grab everything you may need, I'm going to look for a couple A tracks. Tell em when You're done"
"I've- I've never fired a gun. I don't know what to do!" Aren proclaimed. "And just what are we planning on doing? Where are we trying to go?" Aren's palm flew to her forehead and she looked down, rolling her eyes. Catching her eye though was a collection of knives. "Ooh!" she said, picking one up and flipping it around in her hand artfully. She continued to flip it and looked at the Lieutenant asking "So? You seem to have answers."
"Haha, all those times spent playing Time Crisis, shall not have gone in vain!" Newman said in excitement, pointing a pistol at his reflection in a mirror. Noticing that the girl he had sat next to, Aren, was talking to that taxi driver. He wandered over, and added "This is the worst plotline ever." he said in a highly satirical voice. They both stared at Newman with evident annoyance, then simply ignored him as Newman thought he would. He wandered away, and decided to look for more candy bars.
Max looked out from his 4WD, he had stayed on the hill watching the raptors untill the y started spreading out. He haddn't seen anybody untill he saw a car full of people pull up and stop, following suit he had puled up close by. 'Hey' he yelled to get their atention without been shot, noticing the label on one of the men he talked to him, 'Lieutenant, I'm captain Maxis Stukov, however I'm contract worker so what the hell happened at the main complex?'

The old man looked around the pawn shop but nothing looked as good to him as his shotgun. He picked up a few other shotguns looking at them skeptically. He had always trusted his shotgun but he guessed if he was going to survive he would need something else but not another shotgun. He walks over and picks up a rifle looking it over. "Whos going to buy these weapons? I don't have anything on me..."
