A copy of Marvel vs Capcom 2 for the PS2 with its original disc/box. No manual, though.

I don't know if it's rare, but War of the monsters for the PS2 is a bit hard to find. I have a copy of it with the poster and everything.

I've heard Shadow of the Collosus is pretty rare these days, i managed to hunt down a copy not too long ago.

I've had rarer, but damn my old trading in habits D:
I thought I'd heard that it was rare also, but then I found a new copy in a music store for $20 and picked it up.
Ok that's weird, really weird. I bought my copy used for $8 and my friend did for not much more. I've never heard of this game as rare.

Well, I have 6 or so games for the Gizmondo. They're rare for a reason because they're all darn terrible. :(

Fathammer Classics
Gizmondo Motocross 2005
Hockey Rage 2005
Sticky Balls (Probably the best game for the system)
Toy Golf
Trailblazer

Possibly not so much rare but they have a decent value, Tombi! and Suikoden II.

I have the old version of LoZ: Ocarina of Time on N64, the one before they rereleased it after changing the Gerudo symbol, replacing the chanting in the Fire Temple music with a Midi track, and making all the blood in the game green.
Other than that, I don't really have any rare games. More like 'vintage' games really.

Wait wait wait what! Crap I may need to look at my old copy of OoT. Actually I've got a question. Did the file select screen ever look any different than that blue one that's in Majora's Mask?

I have Michael Jackson's Moonwalker for the sega genesis. I got it at an electronics store near my house for $5, I feel like it was a good buy.

Final Fantasy III (VI) for SNES with original box, manual (which is huge for a SNES game,) and poster (one side has FF III characters, other side is a Secret of Mana ad.)

Amazing Island is the only rare game I own that I can think of.
I rented that once/own it(I think I do). Hated it 'cause most of the things were just minigames and not actual missions.

I have the first Resident Evil, in the thick ass old clunky cases, and the first Way of the Samurai. As far as I'm concerned, blue disk PS2 games are about as common as a spot of clear water in the gulf.

Also, Gundam: Journey to Jaburo, the first Timesplitters, and Legend of Dragoon. (Spelling errors be damned, that is the single greatest RPG to grace our corner of the multiverse!)

The closest I own to rare games would be games I own that I haven't seen anywhere since I purchased them. I'll list Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis for PS2 I guess.

I actually own a few of these, but probably the rarest thing in my collection would be either Super Metroid or my copy of Arc the Lad collection with every piece in it.
Ugh.. How could you even PLAY Arc the Lad? I wanted a game badly a few years back, so I got my mom to buy that for me for the PS2.. Ugh, it was the worst game I had ever played. Arc the Lad 2, I think.

OT: I've got all the Final Fantasies from 7 - 13, if that can be counted as rare. I don't have 11 though, because that was a piece of shit.

I also have Golden Sun 1 and 2, hard games to find these days.

Nope, they both had the same file select screen, even the same music, except that on Majora's Mask you can exit the menu and watch an alternate demo.
