I have a 4 disc set of Warhammer games, That include Chaos Gate, Final Liberation, and Shadow of Horned Rat and one other fantasy game mixed in. I dunno how rare it is, but only game that works is Chaos gate for windows XP or later.

I thought the original REsident Evil would be more rare. I have the Directors cut and I thought it was just a cheap attept to re-sell the old game inbetween it and RE2.

Lets see, I got panzer dragoon saga and secrets of mana. I would think those are my rarest/most expensive games. Besides that I got Lunar 1 and 2, star ocean 2, Ico, Castlevania SotN, Vanguard Bandits, Xenogears (not really rare), persona 2, shadow hearts 1-3 (3 isn't that rare I guess, not sure about 2), koudelka, and I also have one of the older english copies of GT final bout before the re-release. That's all I can think of now.

Lemme take some inventory here...

-Majora's Mask for N64 (Golden Cartridge, not sure if that's significant)
-Ocarina of Time, N64
-Perfect Dark and Goldeneye- N64. Perfect Dark probably just dropped drastically in value since it was re-tooled and put up on the Live Marketplace. But Goldeneye is another story.
-I think I still have the first Tony Hawk's Pro Skater (blue cartridge) for N64
-Donkey Kong 64 (yellow cartridge)
-Pokemon Snap and Hey You! Pikachu. I don't think the N64 Microphone really took off...
-Toy Story 2 for the N64. Yes, that IS a game. Pixar for the win.
-Mortal Kombat 4, N64. I think it's broken though.
-I'm almost positive I still have WaveRace.
-Mario Party 64, probably my favorite game to play with my brothers as a kid. (I loved Goldeneye, but they kicked my ass at it.)
-Paper Mario 64 is around here somewhere.
-Mission: Impossible 64. That game was pretty fun, but needlessly complicated. Reminded me of Hitman.

-I still have Unreal Championship, Unreal 2, and Unreal Championship 2 for the Original Xbox. XMP, the online multiplayer on Unreal 2 was rather similar to Team Fortress, except only condensed classes. They even jacked the names. (Scout, Heavy, Engineer)
-Crackdown. Yup. Crackdown. Bought it for the Halo 3 Beta, and refused to sell it back to GameStop for 2 dollars. Probably not that rare.
-Uh... Fusion Frenzy, which was a cyberpunk remix of Mario Party. One of the Xbox's launch titles.
-FarCry: Instincts, for Xbox. Only FarCry game I thought worth playing. The level editor was actually kinda fun, and I liked the campaign mode. I warmed up immediately to a character who risked life and limb, killed thousands of mercs and predators, and at the end of the game, still demanded to be reimbursed for his destroyed fishing boat. What a guy.

-Age of Empires 1 and 2, plus both expansions, for PC.
-Sega Smash pack, a PC port of seven Sega games. Included Flicky, Comix Zone, Sonic 2, Shining Force, Vectorman2, SuperHangOn, and Kid Chameleon.
-Rogue Spear, one of the early Rainbow Six games.
-PaintBrawl3, a computer game where you manage your own paintballing team, win tournaments, and buy gear. One of the later levels is damaged, so I can't finish it.

And... Um...

OH MAH GAWD... It's DUST: A Tale of the Wired West! This game is rare. Made by Cyberflix, a computer game company that made very good story-driven games. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dust:_A_Tale_of_the_Wired_West Here's the wiki for my most cherished, and rarish-ed game.

I got a couple rare ones... or at least they're rare now. MegaMan V for original GameBoy (a rare gem, even among MegaMan games), Final Fantasy VII for PSX the original version, Persona 3 Complete (with the art book and everything) for PS2, Super Mario Bros 3 original NES... not sure exactly how rare these are, but whatever. i like them anyway.

I have gold copies of both NES Zelda games and N64 games- the Ocarina of Time is esp. cool since it's a copy where there is still (alleged) Muslim prayers being chanted in the background of the Fire Temple and Ganondorf puking blood. Good times.

Also, I got a cubic ton of old NES goodness including Bubble Bobble, Double Dragon II, Little Nemo, Shatterhand (okay, I might be the only person who digs that game), and more, all in working order.

You stole my thunder. I have Goldeneye, Jet Force Gemini, Blast Corps, Perfect Dark and Bad Fur Day. The N64 was Rare's heyday, and I'm not even counting the ones I lack, like DK and Banjo 1 and 2.

On a more serious note, probably the most obscure games I own would be Rocket: Robot on Wheels, Ikaruga, and Ogre Battle 64. Would love to track down a copy of Electroplankton.

After reading about that guy getting 31K for a copy of Air Raid I decided to look through the old collection of SNES games I had sitting in a cabinet. I didn't find any super rare games and most probably aren't even worth the plastic and circuitry that their made out of, but (using eBay as a reference point) I found that the copy of Alien VS. Predator I have is worth around 20-30 bucks. Considering it has a sticker on it saying 2 for $5 night it's not bad.

Then there where the obscure titles that where worth less then I thought they would be, like Mecarobot Golf (yeah it's a game about androids that play golf) or Jeopardy Deluxe Edition.

So what are those old game you have that may save you from abject poverty one day?

Fanklok wants to know if anyone is looking for a copy of Mecarobot Golf or Jeopardy Deluxe Edition

I also have Resident Evil Directors Cut, even though my PSX is possessed and doesn't play games anymore.

This thread makes me wonder, does Yahtzee own Fantasy World Dizzy?
I think so since it is his favorite game.
Damn typos

I still have an Atari Jaguar and the original (as far as I know) Alien versus Predator title for it. Personally, the side-scrolling arcade beat 'em up by Capcom was somewhat more fun but still. They had the right idea with that. Killing enemies with melee weapons while uncloaked as a Predator = MAD HONOR POINTS = WIN.

Cannon Fodder too.

Technically 'Rare' games but; FF7 original, good condition and Ehrgeiz too.
