Really? I typed a paragraph up explaining his history/background and why he's like that. He's not a normal guy that just cross dresses because he's gay. He's just a boy who was raised as a girl from young age, resulting in his extremely effeminate personality and looks. Honestly I'd think anyone would turn out the same under the same conditions (Being raised from an early age as a girl, for years upon years). I wouldn't even necessarily call him gay, since his story revolves around his desire to be more "masculine" or act more like his actual gender, though he is oblivious to the fact that how he dresses (Nun's habit), acts, and looks makes him appear extremely feminine and is still mistaken as a female many many times, for obvious reasons.
Aside from that, I agree, he looks really young. Then again I don't think he is much older than 10, based on how he looks. And if you haven't already, if you were to look closely, you can see that he is male... (Example: this picture [http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/BridgetJohnnyGuiltyGear.png]) I'm still willing to bet he's as young as he looks; around 10 years old. It's hard to imagine how an 18 year old guy, with or without said background, could look both extremely feminine and that young.
OT: 9/10. Don't know which anime/manga/whatever that's from, but I like it.
