Need for Speed Most Wanted 5-1-0. If we're working on a 10 point scale, it gets a 3/10. It's like they took the Ps2 version, looked at everything fun about it, and decided to pull it out. Why? So they could put in a crappy pursuit mode that's been done much better in other games that were much older than this one. I regret ever spending the money on it.

Rise of the Argonauts

7.25

Average
If it is out of 10. Then 5 would be average. 7 usually has the title of Above Average.

Battalion Wars 2
5/5
Never had so much fun.
I would tend to say 7 is average, 5 is pretty shitty in my books.

Hmm, that would have to be Bioshock (yes I was late to the game), on the PS3. Great game, although just a little short for my standards. Still it earns a 5/5 in my book.

Odin Sphere 9\10
an absolutely amazing game.
It looks awesome with the hand-drawn sprites.
and the story and characters were really well done.
Plus, who doesn't love to kick it back to a 2-d beat-em up?
I have only two problems with it.
1. it's difficulty. This game is fucking HARD. it will kick your ass even on the lowest difficulty setting. although when you think about it, most NES games were pretty hard, so maybe it was meant to be made this tough.
2. the voice acting. I've heard much worse, but it's pretty bad.
luckily you can switch the voice acting to Japanese, which is much better.
Overall, It was a fun experience, and I highly recommend it.

Star Wars: Force Unleashed
8/10

A generally fun game to play, apart from a few very difficult spots. I am looking at you Kazdan Paratus, you four-legged creep.

The "Unreal Deal" off of Steam.

Unreal - 5/10 This game has not aged well
Unreal 2 - Have not played yet
Unreal Tournament - 8/10 Still one of the most fun FPS games I've ever played.
Unreal Tournament 2004 - 7/10 Unreal, now with added Quake. Some of the game types were fun though.
Unreal Tournament 3 Black - 8/10 so far, played some of the campaign and a few rounds of deathmatch and so far I like it. It does have a lot of the Quake influence like 2004 did though.

However, I still play TF2 at least every other day. That game is at least a 9/10. The only thing that would make it better is to see more servers playing something other than 2fort.

FFVII as downloadable content for PS3.

As always the first and almost last JRPG that I liked(Lost Odyssey).

Mass Effect: 72/10

I bought it right before I underwent knee surgery more than a year ago so I would have something to do while I was laid up for six weeks, and it did not dissapoint. Hindered only by a haze of percocet and vicotin, I spent the next six moths of my life exploring every nook and cranny of this digital galaxy, saving it a hundred times over and in thirty different ways. This game has etched a memory into me that I will carry the rest of my life, like Mortal Combat or Sonic 2.

Assassin's Creed - bought it on Steam, played the first training mission then went back to Quake Live and L4D.

5/10 I guess.

fallout 3... i rate it as post-apocalyptic love juice... i have been trapped in destroyed D.C ever since i bought it... i am quite in love with it and anyone who thinks i'm crazy hasnt shaved the face off of a raider in v.a.t.s with a minigun while wearing the sherrif's duster and the pre-war hat... and i leapt 3 feet in the air when a feral ghould snuck up on me... RAWR!!!

Bought the new Red Faction, with mixed feelings. I couldn't afford both it and Prototype. T-T

I enjoy the gameplay, but even early in I can see how repetitive this game is going to be. The story is half-assed, the characters are cardboard to the max, and the lack of blood reminds you that you're just playing a game.

Also, the insignificant penalty you suffer when you die makes death seem trivial. "Oh teh noes, I lost 3 morale!" It doesn't matter, since you just blew the governor's office to hell before you died.

Fun game, but everything else is bland, like just about every other game on the market these days. At least Red Faction provides entertainment, which is a claim that those other games can't make.

I'll give it 8 Jon Snows out of 10.

Prototype
I'd give this game a solid 9 if it wasn't an exact clone of "The Hulks Ultimate Destruction" for the last generation systems, so I'm giving it a 8/10. I'm not calling either Hulk or Prototype bad, they did do a lot to it but there's also a few flaws with it.
Major-
You jump off a huge building and smash the ground, people look over...but keep walking seeing nothing wrong. Come on they should be freaking out. Cars also often plow into tanks blocking the road. I understand panicked drivers but you don't keep driving into it you'd swerve. The AI just putting me off the whole game

Minor-
The graphics aren't mind blowing but they're not crap either though but there was a scene where you're in a building and this person blows out the wall and you can tell it's just a bad pixelated photo of the city that you see vs the actual city in the game. I was really confused why they didn't just use a render of the in game city vs a photo of an actual city but it's so minor it's more worth noting just for laughs.

From the videos they showed I expected it to be far different from what I got, but the game is an exact clone of Hulk's Ultimate Destruction but with a bioweapon as the main character. Granted there's more you can do with him than Hulk (which they do actually do) I mean ...Hulk doing a stealth mission? Hulk tippy toe! NO LOOK AT ME.

There's a lot of pluses such as just being a great fun game and the vast list of things you can do to kill people/enemies/etc just makes it better. You get EXP and buy moves, you use moves to kill/hijack/sneak/move better. And there's a decent amount of enemies (so far I'm not done with it) making this better than the Hulk in that respect.

Don't take this as me bashing the game, I'm being a bit nit picky and I do genuinely like the game, I'm about to go play it actually after I finish typing this.

Though I will rip one more thing on this game.
The PC version gets a 0/10 for having DRM (limited installs), I bought the game not some 50 dollar rental that slows my PC down.
