In this letter, I would like to share with you some thoughts I originally organized to draw an accurate portrait of Mr. Hulibub's ideological alignment. First, the misinformation: Hulibub suggests that all major world powers are controlled by a covert group of "insiders". Where the heck did he come up with that? I confess that I don't know the answer to that question. I do know, however, that while Hulibub and other petulant nabobs of sectarianism sometimes differ on the details and scale of their upcoming campaigns of terror they never fail to agree on the basic principle and substance. Hence, it is imperative that you understand that he insists that his utterances enhance performance standards, productivity, and competitiveness. Sorry, Hulibub, but, with apologies to Gershwin, "it ain't necessarily so." He thinks that the world is crying out to labor beneath his firm but benevolent heel. However, I am astonished by how little integrity and good judgment he possesses.
Faith is harder to shake than knowledge, love succumbs less to change than respect, hate is more enduring than aversion, and Hulibub would not hesitate to get everyone to march in lockstep with his malicious votaries if he felt he could benefit from doing so. You shouldn't let him intimidate you. You shouldn't let him push you around. We're the ones who are right, not Hulibub. The moral of the story: Whenever I ask Mr. Hulibub for proof of his claim that all literature that opposes classism was forged by wishy-washy roustabouts, he runs and hides.
