"I never told you the effects of this Shadow Game, did I?" Florence laughed as he pulled another card, another monster card. "For each attack we're dealt, we lose someone dear to us from our memory. The ones I've lost aren't that significant, but I wonder about you..." He chuckled. "You've already suffered one attack from me. Which one is gone from your memory? Oh wait, you can't tell me because you don't remember!" He laughed again as he saw the monster card he had. "I summon Amphibian Beast!" A sea creature, green with red eyes, and something like a red jewel on it's forehead, along with seemingly having a mustache and had sharp teeth, began running around the bullets with an amazing speed, reaching Ran and jumping towards her, it's legs in front of it so it would kick Ran. Meanwhile, Florence had been trying to avoid most of the bullets, but still got hit by one when he accidentally bumped into it. It hit his back and he was burned there badly.
Melvin had sent a third soul to the Shadow Realm, and grew more powerful. He gave a small chuckle as he made his way towards another victim.
