Were pulling funding for your TV show, and were conquering Earth the old fashioned way. Millions will die, and it will be your fault." The combine overlord said as he looked down on Breen from atop his throne atop the citadel.
"No, I think you'll leave this planet for good." Breen said as he pulled out all six of the known chaos emeralds.
The overlord launched a psychic attack on Breen, which bounced off harmlessly from him. Breen let out a laugh as he launched an attack of his own, which was powerful enough to kill the lord on contact, knocking him through the wall of the building and down to the Earth below. The other overlords saw what happened and began fighting, but they too met the same fate.
Leaderless the Combine began to retreat to their ships as Breen continued to rain fire from atop the Citadel, laughing as he did so.

Jenna paused for a second, then decided to tell them the part the interested Alucard the most.
"Breen has kept the Major alive, he holding him underground. Now that the Combine is gone, Breen will need an army. Breen still has close to three-hundred Imperial Stormtroopers imprisoned. With the help of the Major Breen is going to insert the vampire serum from the blimp into all of them. The will become obedient mass murderers of Breen."

"Greetings servants, I am Breen. I now hold untold power, power that was strong enough to cast the dreaded Combine off this universe in less than a day. I only ask that embrace me as the new king of the universe, this will happen regardless of whether or not you agree with me. Those of you who are more vocal with your protest will be killed, its a simple as that. And those of you who are in the Legion of Doom, I will make you this one time offer. Come unarmed to City 17 and surrender, I will spare your life. That is all for the moment." Breen said.
