For me whenever things get bad like this I watch a movie (A nice one. Try for nothing with an R rating.) alone and get a cup of tea. Then I just sit back and relax, trying to just pay attention to the screen and not worry about anything else in life. Those 2 hours or so can really help me get a hold on a situation and figure out what to do.

Also on the topic of the girl what exactly did you do to make her (Presumably) angry?

You have already got a lot of wonderful advice. Sleeping is the prime factor here, and heat would be a close second, which some people have already stated. third would be distraction, usually video games or books would help, but judging from your original post, I doubt very much that would help in this situation, so we will throw Distractions out the window. Have a long bath (not shower, it is too interactive, thus your mind is not given enough time to relax). As for with your friend, i suggest give her time and do not worry over it, but at a later date do ask her what was wrong at the time, it may not have been even you, maybe she is feeling family pain as well. I am also very sorry to hear of your Uncle, very recently my grandmother passed away (god rest her soul), and it was a troubling experience; spend time with him in the mean-time, you may already be doing this as I type, but it can't hurt to reinforce it.

Overall, since you can't use distractions, try to be as non-interactive as possible. Try to sleep, relax, herbal, whatever it is that you find is utterly relaxing, and no showers, just baths. Hope this helps.

Well that sucks... if you've never done so, try playing through Portal, it's really immersive. If experience helps, don't think that that girl you like hates you, you're probably over-thinking the situation and misreading the whole thing. I did that a lot, and I was always wrong.

Take it easy. And sorry for what you're going through, remember, such is life.

How about a hug?

I'd give you one if I could.

*Edit* Don't mean that to be creepy. Sorry if it came out that way!

I know exactly how you're feeling, having the worst day as well. Have a smoke or a drink, put on some music really loud (whatever makes you feel good), turn out all the lights and just space out and forget about the world

I know all about teenage angst, I go through it every day. A while ago I fell in love with this guy and when I told him how I felt and was rejected I was incredibly depressed anyway what I did was I wrote a poem which was crazy, sad and just generally really emo, after writing it I felt a bit better and then cried myself to sleep and in the morning I was relatively fine, I still have the poem and when I look back over it I realise even if i'm sad now I have been way worse.
So the gist of the story is to write a poem about whats wrong and see if it makes you feel better, and/or try to get some rest.

Listen to Tool on Youtube. I have a playlist in VLC at the moment, it's badass and I'm trying to get used to it.
What's up with this singer though? It's kinda fadey and in the background.

Really try and rationalize what you can do. As far as your uncle goes you can make the remaining time the best you can. As far as your friend goes, try and find out what is wrong either through her or mutual friends.

I never have been able clear my mind though, thoughts and emotion always rush through my head with no rhyme or reason. However I do have ways of dealing with strong emotion. Calm and melodic music or anything that can make you cry from emotion really helps. Songs that worked for me were: Promise by Two steps from hell and Sunshine from the Sunshine movie soundtrack.
Fiction also really helped when I was younger. Nowadays whenever I am feeling down I try and writing it. I deal and sort through my emotions using characters of my own design. Having control over those characters was enough to carry me through much teenage angst, staved off most of the depression that I went through in my mid to late teens, and got me through the stressful weeks after my family discovered my sister was cutting while I was off at college. I have an incredibly active imagination so that probably helped as well.

EDIT: If my avatar is any indication, drawing and doodling work just as well as writing. Webcomic archive binges are also a great distraction from sad feelings.

Go to bed. Best thing you can do right now is just go and sleep, and considering you didnt get much of it lately, it's something you should remedy.

Besides, you feel better when you wake up from a good rest.

Cup of soup/hot chocolate while sitting by a window in a comfy seat with two blankest wrapped around your legs.

Just don't spill it.
