Maybe you really, REALLY like the concept of a spy-cam filling your Xbox with advertisements based on things it has heard you talking about? OO-OOOO! Maybe you just REALLY like having something that does a lot of things other stuff you own already does! Or maybe you're trying to cut back on your gaming so you want a product that considers the fact that it can play games as simply being a side-benefit?
In all fairness, if they dropped the mandatory Kinect and thus dropped the price $100, I actually would likely pick it up instead of a PS4. It's funny how they're saying they're now giving us the "choice" of offline modes with physical copies of games because that's what gamers want: choice. Yet they say "No, fuck YOU" to the thought of giving us a choice as to whether or not we want a frickin' Kinect.
