Yeah I stopped caring even earlier then that to be honest. The entire third season was just so boring. The first will always be my favorite. Myotismon was pretty awesome when he first appeared as flamboyant as he was.

Version 1 was the best by far, on that we can agree.

Only the first two seasons of digimon were good.

Tamers (3rd series) was the best. After tamers it went downhill.

Yes finally someone else mentioned Hunter X Hunter! An anime that doesn't piss away your time with fillers and super long tedious fight scenes. It's like the Shawshank Redemption of anime, has a great story with interesting characters and you can come back to it because it's that good.
