This thread needs waaaaaayyyyyyy more Adult Swim.

I heartily recommend Frisky Dingo and Archer. Funniest shows I've ever seen. And if you want a crimey sort of drama, look for Lie to Me, Tim Roth is incredible.

You've watched Enterprise and Voyager but not TNG? By far my favorite Star Trek series. Picard FTW. Other than that, Mythbusters, I guess.
Well, obviously I've seen *some* TNG. You can't have ever watched TV in the 90's and not seen TNG, I guess. The reason it isn't in the list is because I didn't consciously watch it - I only saw random episodes at random moments in my life on random channels. Voyager and Enterprise I've actually specifically picked up, started at S1 and just continued watching from there. I tried doing the same with TNG but there seems to be a huge difference between S1 of the show and the episodes I've seen, which I presume were S4, S5 or S6. S1 just seems so... old, and I very rarely like old shows.

OK, wow. First of all, I think you may have put entirely too much thought into this, especially considering that almost no one cares enough to read that list.
I just added it as a little safety check and source of inspiration. People can come up with new 'similar titles' if they look at the list, and it points out the more obvious stuff - if I hadn't put it up I would've had tons of replies from people going "omg you need to watch Lost it's so awesome!!!" even though I've already finished that entire show, for as far as currently possible.

Most people seem to akknowledge they have read the list in their post, which is good enough for me. Or at least checked if what they were going to name wasn't already in it. And even if they don't, that's good as well? I can just ignore posts that mention shows I've already seen.

Again, thanks for all the replies, looks like I'm going to have my hands full this summer =P

The shows I'd recommend:

Deadliest Warrior
Scrubs
Becker
Bleach
Yu Yu Hakusho
Trigun
Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei (online with subs)
The Boondocks
FMA:Brotherhood
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
Paranoia Agent
Monster

I also highly recommend Adventure Time with Finn and Jake. It may be CN's best if not great marketing decision, and only watch CN for that show only. It has well written humor, interesting and colorful with good voice acting, and it is like the good cartoons of the 90s.
