It's not a game but khanacademy.org is basically a tutoring site for math. My friend's 8 year old uses it and thinks it's kind of fun; you can earn achievements! =)

This thing is Oooooold, but I've never seen it bettered. The Logical Journey of the Zoombinis. I think you can still get hold of it and it's the best introduction to logical thinking ever. Not your traditional maths game, but it's great.

And a cheeky self-promotion: The company I work for makes maths software for kids called Learn To Love Maths. Not a game as such, but I think it's really good. Apologies for the plug! I'm working on it today, in fact.

If you're looking for video games, that's a good question. Tabletop games, I'd go with Dominoes.

Does she have a DS? If so there are many educational games based around mathematics on it. Take your pick!

Math I don't know... but a huge slew of logic puzzlers that will jog her brain you can find here:

I recommend this to everyone by the way. The whole collection is available on Android too.

D&D was my first thought but it is a bit complex (maybe a simplified version?)
maybe you can make one yourself!

I'm a math major and as far as games go I only can think of one that I played for months. It is not a video game, though I still highly recommend it. It's called 24.

4 people play, and there is a deck of cards in the middle. Each card would give you 4 numbers and you have to be the first one to figure out an arithmetic combo to get to 24. For example a card would give you:
2, 6, 10, 11

one answer could be
11 + 10 = 21 + (6/2) = 24

I think this is your best bet for 4th grade.

Autodesk Maya has lots of math in it.

Wait I've been working too long. Does this look like a video game to anyone?
