Recommend me some PC exclusives.

Any genre besides heavy and long strategy, I have found one game that filled my requirement.

All of the mixed up games have disapointed me, meaning games that could have been better but where tuned down so console fanboys can play them (looking at BFBC2 specifically,why the hell can't you be just BF2 with better graphics?)


Oh,and if you say "Star----2" I will stab you.[sub][sub][sub]no, really[/sub][/sub][/sub]

*EDIT* Oh sorry,to help you out, these are some I have already played : Fallout 3, Dragon Age, Anno ----, Stronghold Crusader, NFS (most) , Bioshock, Alien Swarm, tons and tons of free MMO's.

So far from your recommendations I really am interested in The Witcher.

STALKER (Call of Pripyat is the only one I've played). Get it, and get the Absolute Nature and Absolute Structure packs for high res textures. And if you have a really good system, throw in AtmosFear V2 with ambient audio overhaul. They don't change the game, just make it look so pretty (seriously tho, all those addons require a beastly CPU+GPU and at least 4gb RAM)

Also, Cryostasis is a really cool game.

Metro 2033 came out on Xbox as well, but honestly they made it a true PC version. Tons of detail.

That's about all I can think of for somewhat recent good exclusives (that I've played). Battlefield 3, whenever it releases, is going to be extremely tailored for PC - DX11, multithreading, super high details, huge battles online. It shall be glorious.

Team Fortress 2 (yeah yeah not exclusive, but the console versions are not even the same game any more due to all free content)
STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl (install stalker complete 2012 though)
Anno 1404 (its empire building but amazingly good)
Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War 2: Chaos rising
Anything Half Life
Dragon Age: Origins (console version has less enemies due to hardware limitations)

Played it,loved it, then tried Oblivion and couldn't be bothered to modd it.

Lord of the Rings Online

Seriously. I just started this last week and it took me completely by surprise. When you run everything at 1920x1080 and all settings on MAX - there are certain areas that will blow you away with detail. The best MMO I have played since my original UO/EQ days. Wow doesn't have shit on that game. This is coming from a 5 year 6x80s vet of WoW. The day I started my free trial of LOTRO I unsubbed WoW and subbed to it.

Um...WoW,actually anything from blizzard,Torchlight,The Thief series is something i recently discovered Thief 1 wouldn't run on my computer but Thief 2 with a little online help runs fine and Thief 3 runs no problem though it has nice graphics too.Those are only exclusives like you wanted but there are some multiplatformers that are better on PC like Call of Duty 4 and Modern Warfare 2
