I've got a PS3, but I think I may have missed some of the best games for it.
Can you recommend me some games that you have enjoyed?

Please don't ask if I?ve played something, just assume I?ve played nothing. (If you?re wondering why I haven?t put any genres of games I like down, it's because it don't want to miss any game you think may be good.)

Little Big Planet 2, Uncharted 3, Tokyo Jungle, Journey, Okami HD, Ico & Shadow of the Colossus HD, Rayman: Origins, God of War 3, Portal 2, inFamous 2, Mass Effect Collection and Vanquish would be my top choices.

Gonna second a few people here and say Uncharted. Just bear in mind that the original Uncharted isn't nearly as good as its sequels, but it's worth playing all the same.

Also: Killzone 3 if you're into multiplayer. Excellent multiplayer in that game.

And stay away from Skyrim! At least for the PS3...

Infamous 1 & 2 are brilliant, Uncharted 1-3 are pretty awesome too, and Killzone 3 has great multiplayer and looks gorgeous. However, I'd say the best exclusives are probably LittleBigPlanet. If you don't mind getting them from PSN, try Journey and Tokyo Jungle; both are amazingly unique experiences. Finally, now might be a good time to grab yourself some HD collections, I've recently been playing through the Sly and Jak & Daxter collections, and they're great fun.

If you're into somewhat unforgiving games, give Dark/Demon's Souls a try, I can safely say they're both brilliant, and if you want something truly unique, Catherine is pretty great too. Oh, you should also think about giving El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron a go, it's a woefully underrated title that has someof the best art direction around, and is great fun to boot.

As others have said, do not bother getting Skyrim on PS3, get it on PC so you can play it properly.
Could argue the same for Portal 2 but to a lesser extent.

Little Big Planet
Zone of the Enders
And maybe some of the Lego games.

Do NOT buy a single Fallout or Elders Scrolls game for the PS3, all of them are terrible ports, with freezing/crashing and bugs. Bethesda simply cant develop for that console.

That is evidently true, given how long it's taken for news of Dawnguard and Hearthfire to even be hinted at for ps3 (to say nothing of Dragonborn).

However, I would posit that they can't develop terribly well for the 360 either. I got sick of waiting for the ps3 dlc to come out, so I'm borrowing the game from my brother for 360. The DLC is cool, but I have to reboot my 360 an average of twice an hour, sometimes Skyrim crashes it so bad I have to unplug the system from the wall. My ps3 copy on the other hand locked up every now and then, but was usually pretty stable.

Seeing as how most of the large titles have already been stated, if multiplayer FPS is your thing, I would recommend MAG. I would recommend it, but it has started to dry up as of recently. However if you wait a while, you can download Dust 514 when it drops.
