The difference is that all PS4s available for sale were sold out in 3 days across the entire state of Texas, while Xbone's are just sitting on store shelves.Ultratwinkie said:Its not "sold out" because of stockpiling for black friday. Same for PS4. Retailers are holding onto any shipments they can get for the holiday rush.
Its to get costumers in the door of an expected soft season, and possibly unload more stuff on the customers once they are in the door.
In fact, the very same site has stated as such. So the PS4 isn't as sold out either if walmart still has them.

Look at the source on n4g, dualshockers.
Not to mention we have no idea how big the batch of xbones are. Not being sold out isn't a death sentence if you make a lot of consoles. Which is a very good tactic when you are near black friday.
That means people will go to the product with a better production chain. Its basic supply and demand. Especially since good black friday sales is good news for your stock price.
The ones withheld from sale for Black Friday don't mean anything.
