I know... I did point that out above, but I don't think anyone was paying attention.

Try challenging your family member to a duel.
OT: try talking to them about it. Or passwording safemode.

put a password on the administrator account, it will stop them from going into safe mode

other than that if you want turn on the encrypted file system and encrypt your my documents folder, that way only you can view them

there are a few other things you can try but encrypting the folder would be best and maybe putting a password on that
