392? 14 knights (7 pairs of knights) a pair of pears for every knight taken by every knight.
or 98 if there are only 7 knights in all.

You are correct, and the pocket one was done earlier, Bilbo.

At night, I come without being fetched.
By day, though lost, I am not gone.
All know me, but only the ocean heeds my call.

The moon.

A black dog stands in the middle of an intersecton in a town painted black. None of the street lights are working due to a power failure caused by a storm. A car with two broken headlights drives towards the dog but turns in time to avoid hitting him. How could the driver have seen the dog in time?

One of us always lies.
And one of us always tells the truth...

:p
You're just going to leave it at that? Not tell the rest?
Would you say that the other would say left?
Hah, sorry bout that ;)
Was a very vague reference to "The Labyrinth"
Here's the full riddle:

There are two people, guarding and area that you need to enter.
1: "One of us always lies."
2: "And one of us tells the truth."
For them to allow you to pass, you need to figure out which is which.
You are allowed to ask one question only. What is the question?

Think Ive got it. You ask one of them "What would the other guard tell me he is?". You then pick the opposite of their answer for that guard you asked about.

Ask the guard who tells the truth and he knows the other one lies, so will say "he tells the truth"

Ask the liar and he knows the other one tells the truth so he would say "he is the liar"

That was a bit of fun.

There is a room with three light bulbs. The switches are outside the room. The room can only be entered once then it locks. No proping the the door open, no windows. Which switch turns on which light? You are outside the room.

You are trapped in a room with only a table. No doors no windows. How so you escape?

A man builds a house, and all the sides face south, he looks out the window and sees a bear, what color is the bear?
If all the sides face south it is hardly a house is it? ;)
It was White. Martymer was right, you see a house COULD have four sides facing south if it was at the North Pole, and the bear would be POLAR.
