Projectiles you fire disappear when you die when they are JUST about to hit a stationary enemy.
Fuck you, Bad Company 2.
Fuck you, Bad Company 2.
Your kidding me right? You have to be kidding, it's the other way around; the KV is a snack to anything above it's tier. It can barely hit 25kph going down a hill, the turret takes a month to traverse and if your talking about the 152mm derp cannon, yeah, it'll fuck your day up; but you have about a minute before he is reloaded.Mad Sun said:The KV in World of Tanks. When you see one, you know that you are royally screwed. It has the speed of a Soviet tank, the armor of a German tank, and the raw power of a French tank. It can one shot almost any tank below it, and several tanks above it, and the way matchmaking is set up, you'll see one in most games between tier 3 and 7 (it being tier 5). Glad to finally be away from it? That's okay, meet the tier 7 KV-3, an upgrade!

The combined total points from all 4 players are added up then evenly distributed between each player. No matter how well they do in the match, at the end every player gets the same Exp and Credits amount for the reward.JamesStone said:Ohh, I already bought Specter packs. Twice. They gave me 3 medi-gel kits and a tempest, besides the usual stuff. Now you see why I'm starting to have conspiracy theories.gmaverick019 said:very true, i understand what you mean by that. (agreed on turian soldier, was quite disappointed, i wanted that to be a good class) you definitely are hitting bottom of the barrel if that is what you are working withJamesStone said:Well, most times I love when the Vanguard in a Silver/Gold match jumps ahead to a Banshee or an Atlas to be met with a insta kill to the face. That's why I love this class. It requires timing, precision and hit-and-run strategies. That's why I end up extremely frustrated when some kid who just started playing a turian soldier (shittiest class+race IMO) gets super scores just because of his Graal Spike Thrower or his M-99 Saber, that he won, at random, in the first pack he bought.gmaverick019 said:eh you'll get better packs eventually, and i personally consider it a win when i'm frustrating/doing better than the vanguard on the team, it puts a slight grin on my face regardlesss of what other class i am playing.JamesStone said:The Packs from the Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer. And I know it's a co-op mode, but all the fun is drained out of playing with someone else if they, a level 5 engineer, get all the points, when you, a lvl 25 Vanguard, are getting way behind in the scoreboard, only because that quarian bastard got lucky enough to get a Geth Plasma Shotgun and a fully modded M-77 Paladin, while you are stuck with an lvl 3 M-8 Avenger and a lvl 2 M-9 Tempest. Fuck, I hate random generators.
(p.s. don't use sub machine guns like the tempest, they are utter shite, pick something else.)
And I know the Tempest is shit, but a lvl2 tempest is paradise when compared to a lvl1 predator unmodded and a m-4 Shurikken.....definitely save up for spectre/advanced spectre packs, it's a pain, but worth it to have a long term gold or better gun to have.
If you want a reliable way to grind for credits without needing strong weapons, level up an Adept or Engineer (for this discussion I'm going to assume you only have human characters available) and focus on Biotic or Tech combos. With the Adept, Singularity, then Warp will trigger a Biotic explosion, make sure you focus on area of effect and combo damage when leveling the skills up. With Engineer, Incinerate and Overload will cause Fire or Tech explosions, depending on which ability is launched first. http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Power_Combos for reference. Once you're at a higher level and are comfortable with the character, find a lobby that's fighting Geth on Firebase White on Gold. The bunkers in the room on the far side of the map from the Spawn Point work very well to protect a team while all the enemies funnel in from the other side of the map. Just stay under cover and spam combo explosions. The only time you have to move is for an upload objective and the final evacuation. Enemy targets will come to you and you just need to make sure one team mate is playing an Infiltrator to go after objectives. It helps, but is not necessary, if one player has a Salarian Engineer for their Decoy skill. Successful Gold matches earn about 70000 credits. If you want help, (and if you're playing on Xbox Live) send me a private message and I'll send you my Xbox Gamer Tag, I'm on almost daily.
If they do, it cant be much. I havent really seen much in the way ov OP'ing with the Karkand weapons, save possibly the Famas, but beyond that.Gorilla Gunk said:Am I the only person who thinks the extra guns given in the BF3 DLC's give those who buy them a bigger advantage and those who don't at a disadvantage?
what, you'd go for melee kills against pyros if you weren't carrying the axe? bull to the shit. maybe if they have the phlogistinator. . . .DustyDrB said:Nah, there's a drawback in its utter ineffectiveness against other Pyros as well as in water. I do love how I pretty much stopped hearing people call the Pyro a noob class when the Degreaser arrived. I love that weapon. It makes playing the class so technical and satisfying. I always roll Flare Gun + Degreaser + Axetinguisher. Though that does make shotgun-carrying Pyros a big threat.
It's true, I do this myselfviking97 said:wouldn't matter much, a good engie knows to build his dispenser a little ways from the sentry so if his sentry goes down he can build another with the metal.Shrapenel92 said:This, couldn't there be something that prevents engies all building too close together? Well not really since im an expert on busting them but still they do slow the game down like a *****.
Remember the rest of my loadout? Degreaser + Flare Gun + Axetinguisher. I'm overall disadvantaged against other Pyros, unless they have the same loadout.viking97 said:what, you'd go for melee kills against pyros if you weren't carrying the axe? bull to the shit. maybe if they have the phlogistinator. . . .DustyDrB said:Nah, there's a drawback in its utter ineffectiveness against other Pyros as well as in water. When i played the game, My cousin (A level 80 for this was was WotLK) warrior and his level 80 mage girlfriend (In real life) usually beat the crap out of anyone who dared to repeatedly gank me.....Kargathia said:Highly subjective, that. Don't want to come off flame-y, but I think that after levelling a bunch of alts to 80 I can state I personally enjoyed the constant sense of danger whenever I met a horde character.Jinxzy said:Lets see there's:

... I still parked my rogue with the express purpose of getting revenge on any lvl ?? ganking my alt whenever I was in STV, but that's another story.
On Topic: personally I always disliked the gigantic difficulty curve involved in CS:S. In order to start enjoying the game one has to resign himself to being a punch bag for the first two months.
I heartily concur. As previously mentioned, I am only a low level (level 25 atm) and it's all too common to be pitted against a team full of high ranking colonels who have all the weapons/equipment to own you with. Full auto shotties and machine pistols are horrendously powerful, But it also annoys me recently however how no one seems to play in a team fashion anymore. For example, 9/10 games I am the only person who plays as a recon soldier and uses a SOFLAM, thus making vehicles less of a problem and making engis lives 10 times easier. It seems to be irrelevant what kind of skill level you're at currently as it really is a case of whoever has the highest level gun wins.TheRussian said:Yea, that always baffled me.xptn40S said:Unfair stuff in multiplayer?
The first thing that came to my mind was Battlefield 3.
It just doesn't strike me as fair that it doesn't really separate the low level players from the high level ones, and can just sorta turn it into a steamroll if a team consisting of inexperienced low-levels have to go up against a team of high-levels who on top of being plain better that the low leveled inexperienced ones, have way more benefits as well. :[
Also: Automatic shotguns. I want to slap the person who thought that was a good idea.
what does that have to do with the axe? you can't melee a pyro no matter what weapon you use.DustyDrB said:Remember the rest of my loadout? Degreaser + Flare Gun + Axetinguisher. You have obviously never played against a Wesker in UMVC3. Dark Wesker Rises indeed... Not to mention his self OTG gunshot is disgusting it's a simple fact that any team will perform ten times better if Wesker is on it.Space Spoons said:I don't believe in "unfair" or "cheap". Like, as a concept, I think it's a bit of a cop-out. It's something players with no skills say to make themselves feel better about losing.
That said, fuck this guy. If he never comes back for another game, I won't shed a tear.
