You really want to put your new system to a test? Grab the latest version of Dolphin and ISOs of some Gamecube or Wii games (or PCSX2 and PS2 ISOs). My Phenom II X4 955 3.2GHz machine has a hard time running Star Fox Adventures in Dolphin.

That PC is quite beautiful and I'm not generally into flashy boxes!

Surely if you wanna test it hit up 3Dmark?

Get Crysis 1 & Warhead and download mods which make the game even more beautiful.

Metro 2033, iirc it's made very inefficiently with DX 11 stuff such as tesselation, making it one of the hardest games to run.

This is a 2600k @ 4.5GHz ~_~' but sure! Sounds like fun. Do you use a gamepad?
Dolphin and PCSX2 are pretty-much the reason why I own an Xbox 360 gamepad. Oh, it's possible to finish Star Fox Adventures in Dolphin with keyboard and mouse input, but using a gamepad makes it a hell of a lot easier. If you do try to use the keyboard and mouse to play Gamecube games in Dolphin, be prepared to reconfigure the controls for certain parts of the game.

I unplug the controller when playing native Windows games, though. I find it a hell of a lot easier to play Braid or Super Meat Boy with just the keyboard.

EDIT: Also, for a non-gaming workout for your CPU, try running the POVRay [http://www.povray.org/] benchmark (you'd best use the 3.7 beta on a multi-core machine).

Hmm. Im gonna put it on my new desktop (win7 x64) and see if it still works. May just be your copy. If its an old disk, well yeah. Or if you downloaded it, those are often a shit baguette.
It might just be cruel coincidence, but both my copies (disks) for the original game and the sequel are just not handling win 7 x64 well. If you get it to work on your machine, let me know how you did it, or if it works immediately, my desktop and I are going have a chat.

Premade: customised, painted, cabled nicely, wire managed, decaled.

and here's the other side

edit: and overclocked.
I'd still love to hear what's in there.

So far, all I can tell is that you've got an overclocked 2600k CPU with some crazy-ass air cooler, some huge nVidia-based GPU, a sabertooth p67 for a motherboard, and what appears to be two sticks of RAM.

I'd also love to hear the price for that; always interesting to hear how much prefabs are going for these days.
