Normally: Similar to young Geese Howard (below) only the suit is red instead of purple, the waistcoat is black, and the tie is white. He has brown hair and a Red top hat. He walks with a cane which disguises a sword.
As the Phoenix Engine is turned up his veins begin to glow orange, Flaming wings sprout from his back, his eyes glow orange and then appear to be on fire. His smile turns into a constant grin. Until he reaches his final form.

History:
Born in Ireland to a historian and archaeologist, Nicholas Richardson lived a fairly normal life until he discovered a set of scrolls which he left in his room. After long exposure to the scrolls he began to develop higher intelligence, strength and stamina. He became much more energetic and ambitious, devoting his time to study various sciences and arts. He only came to realise the scrolls were the cause of his doubled vitality after an incident which changed him permeantly. He was in a car crash in which he was the only survivor. Both his parents were killed and yet, he survived. He was as mystified as the hospital staff, no one could have sustained those injuries and lived. After researching about the scrolls he discovered them to be the Pheonix Scrolls, artefacts which, amongst other things, enhanced cell regeneration, bestowing him boundless vitality, boosted intelligence and regenaration. He came to conclude that he needed to harness the scrolls effects to give people the same benefits he has.
He went to college and studied Robotics and Medical Technology then started work on a device he would call the Pheonix Engine, an implant utilising the scrolls which would allow for recovery from the most grevious of injuries and diseases. Nearing completetion of his project the lab was broken into by a group wanting the technology he developed. He overloaded one of the prototypes and blew up the lab, killing his fiancee along with the attackers and losing his right hand in the accident. Grief striken by the deaths at his hands, he swore he would use the power of Pheonix Engine to atone for his mistakes. He built the remaining prototype Engine into a protsethis and constructed a second Engine as a chest implant. The resulting augmentations amplified his power and speed even further and granted him . When cranked up, the Engines would cause wings to sprout from his back, he had a suit of armor crafted to work when he used his full power to prevent overloading. The Pheonix had risen from the ashes.
However as he tried, he wouldn't be able to work alone. He needed others to join him in the fight for JUSTICE!!!
Powers:
-Cyber Augmentation: Posesses a cybernetic right hand.
-Speed: The Engines allow him to move at extremely high speeds, almost as if there was no movement in between points.
-Energy Projection/Pyrokenisis: Can create ki/plasma blasts and manipulate fire at will (although the pyrokenisis isn't as prevelant as the energy projection). He can wreathe his sword in plasma energy if need be.
-Flight: When they are active he can use his wings to fly and to quickly boost jump over long distances.
-Regeneration: He can recover from wounds/injuries very rapidly, making him difficult to incapactitate.
Skills:
-Swordplay: Pheonix has learned multiple forms of sword based combat styles and has amplified dexterity due to the Engine/cybernetics.
-Gunplay: He has proficeincy in the use of hanguns and wields a Samurai Edge M92f and M93R.
-LeaderShip: He is able to rally his partners to face practically any threat, able to utilise their abilities while downplaying their weaknesses.
