To be honest, I do believe most people who use the term "3D pig disgusting" are joking. I know I used to use it all the time. I find it funny.

In hindsight, it's even funnier. Fun fact; I actually thought all girls looked like shit until I was 17. I could count the number of girls I'd seen that I thought looked good. There were 2. It was really awkward when someone showed me a picture of some girl or girlfriend and went "Hey, look how hot she is". Uhm, yeah... Hot.

Even funnier fact; the thing that made me start being attracted to real women was *drumroll* hentai. Now I can't count the number of good-looking women I see. 'Tis a crazy world.

Well, if you can believe that an imaginary giant man created the universe and interferes with it on a regular basis, then you can imagine that 2D girls are superior to 3D girls. Fortunately most people aren't extremists on either viewpoint.

As for anime girls being blemish free - well, you could get excited from a movie or women's magazine where real women have either makeup coming out of their pores or are airbrushed to unreality as a superior alternative to anime.

I think you've got it wrong, aren't men who hate '3D' women unattracted to them because they judge them unlike their perfect 2D girls who do whatever they want and will accept them no matter who they are?

Finding someone unattractive because of their biological functions is ridiculous, we all do those things but women especially clean themselves afterwards. For example, I don't smell of sweat because I shower regularly, to a casual observer who believed that some humans were capable of living without bodily functions they would believe that most of us are like that.

I feel as though people are attracted more to personalities than looks, that is why if you have an emotional attachment to a 2D character that you do not have with anyone in the real world you are going to find that character more attractive.

It's not ridiculous at all. It's biological. The base human desire for sex is what makes people find other people attractive; whether or not the person acts upon their desires for sex is another thing altogether. It's people who won't admit that basic fact who are being coy.

As for the OP, I always thought it was a matter of looks, i.e. they find 2D..."cuter" than 3D, for lack of better word.
