i thought it was something you came up with and not a pen and paper game.
Well, the topic is about them being turned into PC games, though.
on the other hand you are playing by the rules someone else set and came up with so its more like fake "unlimited freedom" of magic.
Yes, but here is the thing - in Mage, it is unlimited. Literally anything is possible through the system. Here is the short description of how it works - magick is divided into several broad categories of influence - these are called Spheres in old Mage and Arcana in new Mage. They more or less work the same and represent the same concepts, so I'll use the term "Sphere", simply because I'm more used to it. At any rate - you have 9 of those in old Mage and 10 of them in new - each is responsible about a certain class of effects - Forces is your stereotypical fire, lightning and everything that comes under most physical forces - gravity, mass, heat, electromagnetic waves, radiation, etc, are all under the Force sphere. The rank of the Sphere determines how well you can control these forces, so at low levels you'd be able to tweak them (change the temperature, for example, change the velocity of something, change the direction it's moving), at high levels you can do anything, including use them interchangeably (turn lightning into sound, heat into weight, light into radiation - whatever). The Sphere rank just allows you higher degree of control, so anything under the Sphere is an option. Multiple spheres can be combined to affect more complex things - for example, uranium is radioactive, however, Forces can only affect the radiation, not the element itself, however, Matter deals with inanimate matter, so combining the two, uranium can be manipulated in any way imaginable. Also, by combining spheres you can make even more complex effects that simply do more stuff - as shown in the rotes I had (which I just realised I fucked up the linking of, so I amended them and here they are again for convenience).
So, that's it - Mage divides everything you can do in 9 (or 10) parts and imposes limitations on the lower levels of these parts. For completeness, here are the Spheres in both new and old Mage:
Old:
Correspondence - slightly awkwardly named. It affects the spatial properties of the world, so it includes stuff like scrying, teleportation, creating pockets of space, etc.
Entropy - governs destruction and fate as well as randomness/chaos. So stuff like luck, curses, breakdown of any patterns but also protecting them from breakdown, etc.
Forces - as described above, any kind of force, really.
Life - is about the living organisms - healing, mutation, shaping them, and so on.
Matter - pretty much the same as Life, only for inamimate matter.
Mind - mind stuff - telepathy, mind reading, boosting and changing the brain functions.
Prime - everything to do with magick itself, protecting against spells, boosting spells, and otherwise changing them. Also, it affects the world to an extent, as it can manipulate the building blocks of reality.
Spirit - anything to do with the spirit world as well as souls. Conjuring, talking to, binding, spirits, but also ghosts and other beings made of spirit stuff.
Time - self-descriptive - it allows manipulation of time.
New Mage (notable differences, as they are similar):
Space - it's Correspondence renamed. I think it fits more properly.
Fate - Entropy was removed, and this takes over the fate/randomness portion of it.
Death - takes over the destruction property of Entropy. And it takes the manipulation of ghosts and souls out of Spirit (otherwise Spirit still works the same, only it's not about ghosts anymore). Also, weirdly, it also allows manipulating shadows for some reason.
Prime - does not affect the building blocks of the world but it is still about magick. Maybe even moreso.
By combining these with appropriate mastery, anything is possible.

that leaves the question:

Well, as I said:

Premise of the game - you are a ninja working for a fast food restaurant (the Ninja Burger from the title); goal - you are tasked to deliver delicious food. In 30 minutes or less, or we commit seppuku. Also, Ninja Burger provides AAA service - abnyody, anytime, anywhere.
It's based on this website [http://ninjaburger.com/] and it's awesome.
