The unique thing about RS is that theres no uniform or stereotypical structure for their quests, theres no such thing as "Collect 5 hog livers" (the Slayer skill takes that liberty) and just about each area is unique, theres little to no pallete swaps or model reusing. (though Human NPC are garrentied to use the base human model but wears different clothing and has different heads/ect)
Though a gripe i have with it at the moment is that they're barely releasing any content that has a long shelflife and wears out pretty quickly or quests in general has been a few puzzles here and there, perhaps a fight or 2 and then it's finished or if they're really griefing maybe just a quest where most of the time you are running.
Honestly though, a few good tweaks could do good justice with minimal QA time.
- Adding more costumes to the Costume Room
- Introducing benefits to owners of high leveled Player owned Houses
- Add all the new Haircuts, Clothing styles, Shoes and Colours to the Bedroom, the game has added 2-3+ batches of new clothes since Construction's release.
- Heck, perhaps Construction in general needs a massive rehaul.
- Perhaps tune up old, delapidated minigames that are seldom used anymore such as Tai Bwo Wannai and Shades of Mort'on with rewards and incentives for investing time.
