Dillon considered it for a moment. On one hand, he had never been the type of person who enjoyed parties - in fact, he had never gone to many parties at all - but on the other, it would be a good chance to get to know more people better. He didn't want his time at this school to be just as lonely as his childhood had been - after all, he was finally around people who were just as different as he was. In the end, he decided it might be fun. He didn't want to disappoint Carolina anyway, especially since he felt bad for making her feel so uncomfortable earlier.
