Jeffery looked over to the other side of the hill seeing what looked like a bar form out of nowhere, suddenly music started coming from it.
"bloody showoff if she`s going to play music can`t they have the decency to use headphones like normal people...I have to do something about that music" Jeffery thought to himself reaching into his suitcase and taking out his spell book he flicked to that page about a magical wind that knocked away incantations.
"surprisingly this spell, has come in handy more than I thought it would" Jeffery said to himself before holding his hand out and reciting the incantations "bermuna veriam dispera" Jeffery whispered and suddenly a gust of aqua colored wind blew through over the hill as soon as it made contact with the bar it dissolved into nothing and the music went with it, returning the hill to silence save for the soft sounds of conversation.

Given the most basic usage of the sharingan is to break Illusions, I figured she'd see flickering streams of light rather than the physical manifestation of an spell, depending on the magicians abilities
