Catalina smiled back, "Since we're sharing, what are you, Kohana?"

Kohana shrugged uncomfortably, as she played with the ends of her blindfold, and started to speak;

"As a member of the Uchiha main family branch, certain abilities have been passed down to me, to my eyes more specifically. Unfortunately, at a certain age, a shinobis control over his kuran-genkai is rather... loose. Which is why I am to wear these."

Catalina didn't understand a word of it but she shrugged and nodded, her ears drooped a little as did her tail, "Ok, my turn then?"

"That would only be fair," Chaz responded.

 

[Zannah]

"Only If you're comfortable with it. I'm sorry I can't be more descriptive, I just don't want to scare anybody"

 

[Rainboq]

Catalina gave a sort of grimace, "Well... I don't really have a race, I'm... man-made."

 

[Zannah]

"What? You mean you have no clan you belong to?"

 

[Rainboq]

Catalina nodded,

Kohana expressed deep shock on her face.

"But how does that work? If you have no clan, you have nowhere to go, don't you? No ones telling you what to do and where to go, right? Is such a life even possible?"

"What do you mean? Like, magic, or a 'they grew you in a lab' kind of thing?"

There is a freaking huge zeppelin right next to all of your characters that you've been waiting for and yet no-one seems to have made a move towards it yet. Get aboard and describe the nice change in scenery?

This is player driven after all. You don't have to wait for Oneirius to give you the green light for the zeppelin to land or for your characters to board.

Catalina paused for a little bit, she didn't remember much about her "birth", nor did she really want to, her ears drooped as low as they would go and her tail was motionless. She cleared her throat a little bit and she swallowed, her mouth as arid as a desert.

"I-I don't really know... I think it was a mix of both.."

The Hinderburg moved closer, it's shadow falling over her.

"Mixing science and magic has almost never turned out as it's expected to." Chaz sat back down on his bag. "So, I think you said dads a little bit ago? Were they like, the scientists who made you? ...You know, that just sounds wrong. Were they the ones that began your existence?"

 

[Rainboq]

Catalina thought for a moment, if her ears could have dropped further they would have, talking about this gave her a nasty felling in her stomach, she nodded, "That sounds about right..."

She dug into her backpack and she extracted two pictures, the first one had three people in lab coats, one woman, who bore a striking resmeblance to Catalina and two men, who were kissing, standing together in a lab, filled with animals. The second had an infant Catalina and the two men, who were standing on either side of her, the woman was absent.

"This was the team, the men are my dads, but I never asked who the woman was."

 

[Zannah]

As the Hindenburg, still at an altituted of almost a hundred feet, reached the Hilltop, the earth trembled anew, and mossy earthen Stairs started to grow, forming a long Spiral which defied the very laws of gravity, only to finally reach one of the doors on the Hindenburgs lowest deck.

Kohana picked her flute up again, blowing a few quick tunes, before carefully cleaning the pipe, and placing the flute in the waistband of her Kimono. She then left her seat once more, and started to drag her bag towards the unnatural stairs.

"Huh. The woman looks a lot like you." Chaz looked back at the Zeppelin. He picked up the bag and started for the stairs. "So what do you think this school will be like? Personally, I'm looking forward to walking around in public with my wings out. I hated hiding them whenever I was out of the house. And I'm hoping to meet other Cubi, too."

Catalina shrugged, an aweful feeling filled her stomach, "Really, I never thought that..."

Catalina's bags simply floated up and she flew up the stairs and set down in the seat next to Kohana, someone she felt was a friend,

The stairs were strange to step on. They looked like rock and stone, but felt comfortable and uncharacteristically like any hard substance Chaz had ever seen. They were tall, though, and it took him a long while to get up them. At the top he looked around, the balloon had nice, classy furnishings. "This is very cool," he said sitting close to Catalina and Kohana.
