Catalina's own thoughts were lost to her as her body switched to the fight or flight instincts, in this case, it was definitely flight as she strained at the cuffs, her howls of pain becoming more bestial as the creature slowly wriggled into her. After a few minutes, whatever it was went completely into her and the pain stopped, but her howls and the straining against the chains didn't, until the woman from before traced a finger from Catalina's back, to the area on her above her womb and up to her forehead, careful to avoid the snapping teeth. Light blossomed from her finger as Catalina went unconscious and her memory of the last few minutes was erased, less an act of kindness and more one of necessity.
