Chaz's shaking of Catalina woke her up, probably not the best idea, as it turns out, as her brain was still locked in fight or flight. Her eyes were wild as she shoved Chaz away from her and tried to attack Helen before she came to her senses. She cringed, "Shit! Sorry!"

She looked then looked around in panic, her ears flat on her head, "Where the fuck did she go? I have to make her pay for this!"

 

[Blasphemous Rex]

"Whoa, hey Spot! You're back. But, uh, who are you talking about?" Chaz scratched his head. "There wasn't anyone here when we got here, but obviously there had to have been someone."

 

[Rainboq]

Catalina gave Chaz an irritated look as Helen and Jeffery undid her ankles, she felt helpless and it showed in her voice, "Who the fuck do you think? Of course I'm talking about whoever did this to me!"

 

[Blasphemous Rex]

"Well I figured as much, but no need to get snippy! There wasn't anyone here, like I said. But that also means this guy is somewhere on the blimp, assuming he doesn't have wings of teleportation or any of that good stuff."

Catalina glared at Chaz, "Its a SHE, I know a woman when I hear one..."

She then put her heads in her hands, "Oh god, what the hell happened... I can't even fucking remember what the hell happened..."

 

[Blasphemous Rex]

"She? Whatever, no need to make you think I'm sexist. So she chained you up, gave you a shave, then made you forget about it? Sounds sinister. We should get you to those healers." Chaz gestured towards the hatch.

Catalina raised an eyebrow, a little surprised by what Chaz had said, "This," she said, motioning to her body, "was no fuckin' shave, she was torturing me, and I can remember the "shave" bit."

Looking back, that came out a little more sarcastic then I intended it to be.

"Ok, then you forgot something else? Maybe more torture? Regardless, we should still get you to those mages. Maybe they can fix up your fur." Chaz stated walking to the ladder.

Catalina grimaced, she had snippets of the memory, but nothing major, "Yeah, I hope they can fix it, if not, I hope it's not permanent..."

She grimaced and added the next bit under her breath, "I hope that whatever I don't remember isn't important..."

 

[Blasphemous Rex]

"It'd suck to make your fist impression whilst missing your fur. If they can't, though, be prepared for people laughing." Chaz stood by as Kohana, Jeffery, and Helen climbed down the ladder.

Catalina stood at the top of the ladder, looking down, "Oh I can just hide it with my "magic", I should be fine."

She tried to hover down the ladder but her magic failed and she crashed into the floor, her vision swam and her ears defeaned to the noises around her.

"Whoa, hell! You oh kay!?" Chaz called down. He slid down the rails of the ladder.

Jeffery stood a few feet behind the incubus providing the light of his fireball as a guide as the incubus helped the witch to her feet.

"okay, now that we`ve managed to rescue the cat, we have two options, find the person who kidnapped her and throw her out the window or we can all go back to the theater and watch a batman movie and get some dinner, I vote for option one" Jeffery said looking back down the corridor they came, deciding in his head that he would leave for the dining area no matter what response he got.

"I vote for option two, but instead of a stupid batman movie, we watch the rest of The Godfather. That ***** is probably magic, meaning she can probably best any of us in a fight, not to mention finding her." Catalina had her arm over Chaz as he was helping her along.

"stupid batman movie?, you just don`t appreciate good cinema" Jeffery said walking after the incubus and the witch getting ahead of them to lead the way with the light of his fireball.

"hmmm, night`s about to set" Jeffery said looking out a nearby window as the sun descended dropping behind some nearby mountains.

"so, got any idea of where we are?" Jeffery asked trying to start a conversation.

"In relation to The Godfather, yes, Batman movies suck." Chaz looked out the window Jeffery had just looked through. "No goddamn idea. Shouldn't matter, though. I'm sure the driver knows where he's going."

Catalina was still dazed, she heard voices around her but she couldn't make out the words, she looked at her hands in shock, everything seemed to be in slow motion as she leaned against a wall and slid to the floor. She ended up in a sitting position as she couldn't make head or tails out of what was happening.

 

[Blasphemous Rex]

"Hey Cat. You oh kay?" Chaz knelt down next to her. "Want me to go run and bring the healers over here?"

 

[Rainboq]

Catalina just stared at her hands, her mouth moving but no sound came out as her mind struggled to comprehend what had happened. After about a minute she finally spoke, "My maigc... Why didn't it work?"

 

[Blasphemous Rex]

"What? Hell, I don't know. Magic is really confusing. I can't get my very limited spell range to work without casting the damn thing over ten times." Chaz noticed that his gun had dispelled itself. "I sound like a broken record, but really those healers can help."
