Charles asked me what land I was from. This puzzled me. I was unaware that my people had named their land. Other than just their land.

"I'm sorry Charles I cannot answer. I do not know. Why have you been fighting, you are a warrior yes? What people do you fight for?"

 

[Shapsters]

"I dunno, the usual, justice, peace, all that stuff. I didn't really want to be in a war anyways." Chuck looked at the Native, "What were you fighting for?"

I was finally hungry. Thank goodness there was so much food at the table. I looked around. I didn't recognize any of this food. I saw an odd looking metal thing..Pepsi? I spoke without realizing I was talking out loud.

"What the hell is Pepsi? Whats in this metal container? Is it food? Poison?"

 

[Shapsters]

"Haha, take a sip, it's delicious!" I handed the Japanese girl the can, "Go on, its sweet as hell!"

I stared at the can for a few minutes. I opened the can. The noise startled me and I jumped back. Finally I took a sip.

"This is...delicious.." I looked at Charles with a smile on my face. "Who came up with this delicious treat?"

 

[StarStruckStrumpets]

I laughed at them all. Making such jokes and enjoying themselves.

"Stop laughing! Look where the fuck we are!"

The whole group looked around and sighed. They could all see my point. I had to bring them back to earth...or wherever we were. This wasn't a joke.

"Just eat and get ready. No doubt that bastard will get us out in that arena again soon."

Spoiler: Let's just pretend

That I was here for the match and such. This RP is really really fast.

I sat down to my meal. Some fish from my native land. The others had strange meals. Those with the "guns", as the devil had called them, were eating and drinking out of metal containers not known to me. Turning to the man named Roaring Bear, I said, "I am looking forward to the next match. It is a shame that I did not get to participate in battle, but it is more of a shame that I am not at home with my people or in Valhalla with the gods!"

 

[Shapsters]

"Calm down you fucking nutcase! You're punching a god damn wall! You won the fucking war, eat your meal and shut the FUCK up!"

I ignored the rest of the outburst from the man, taking joy when he said we had won the war. "So...We got ireland back in the end?"

 

[StarStruckStrumpets]

I looked around and couldn't find anything to occupy my boredom.

"Dammit, I should be thankful that I'm not dead, but it's pretty boring in here."

I started biting my nails to satisfy my boredom. I gnawed them all down in a few minutes. I was going insane here...

I turned to the crazy man who just had the outburst. I was angry.

"First off, never call me 'Warrior Queen'. And if you think that I don't care about all the people that I kill, then you're mistaken. I always say a prayer for them and kill them with honor. No one thinks of war or fighting as a joke. Those who do are usually the ones who die first. Everyone is scared, the might not say it but they are, and that fear keeps you level headed and alert. Eventually you learn to surpress(sp) that fear and use it to your advantage. Now stop acting like a child and having outburst."

I turned from the insane man and continued to drink my beverage.

 

[Shapsters]

I stood up,,

"Alright everybody, lets not get on each others throats! We already have the Devil's sick games to deal with. Lets respect each others beliefs and time periods, and just get along ok?"

I sat back down,

Hopefully that will calm everybody down

I finished my drink and set it down. I thought that I was hungry but the drink had been enough. I began to ponder what the next battle was going to be.

What could they throw at us? We already weren't expecting those wretches. I imagine that the first match was just to test us. From here on out the Devil is going to make the fights harder and harder. My sword can only get me so far. The others who have...the metal exploding things I imagine will get further. What could our next match possibly be?

I stood up at the mention of fistfighting. "I did boxing when I was younger..."

 

[Grab-bag]

"Why is everyone so worked up? I understand the fear but we need to cooperate." Every body was swearing and cursing at each other. I was scared but I had the nerve not to show it.

I turned to Charles who had asked me what I was fighting for. I told him I had been called by my ancestors to great battle with the Mexicans who were encroaching upon our land.

Rognvald told me he was excited for the next match to come. "I'm eager to see your fighting prowess Rognvald. I have heard great tales of your people from across the sea. What have you been fighting for?"

I kept sitting there, I didn't really want social interaction.

"Keep it down, I'm trying to think!" I shouted.

They all looked at me in confusion, they couldn't understand what it possibly was I'd be thinking about. I was trying to find a way out of here...
