I would 'experiment' for lack of a better word. I would take so many risks, it would be unbelievable. That girl that smiled at me today? Save and ask her out. If she denies, load and ignore her. If she accepts, then well I have a date don't I? Aside from possibly going insane, I think this is a great way to use a save/load feature.
Do what I always do in games that let me save any time I want. Save every time I'm about to open a door, or make an important decision. I would save, then steal a gun, and go on a killing spree, then just before I get shot, I load, and I've worked out years of aggression. =D

Vegas thinks card-counters are bad? I'd set a new record for getting thrown out.
I'd have time to learn and master everything known to man.
After a while of use, I'd be practically omniscient.
With no permanent consequences, I'd be most cocky sonofabitch that ever walked the earth.

I'd be apprehensive about doing much more than reloading to a save from a few hours ago. If I alter the things around me, there's a chance that the people who love me now won't love me then. And I wouldn't want that to ever happen, not for a second. Aside from being able to have some quicker reflexes, I wouldn't do anything drastic.

That would be pretty nice. I'd probably end up saving then going postal on everyone, load then continue on as normal. Or just quitting school and travel the world.
One little problem with the whole idea is that what if you accidentally save right before you hit the ground after jumping off the skyscrapers so all you could experience is the second before you go splat. Just a little bit painful if that happened.
