Universal pictures has seen fit to buy the rights to make a live action movie based on Battleship,Monopoly and Candyland boardgames. They have also bought the rights to a where's Waldo movie and the plot is rumoured to involve time travel. Another movie studio I don't know which has bought the rights to the Stretch Armstrong toy and are making a movie.

After learning your 16 years old I am appalled at said spelling and grammar - something that is taken very seriously on this forum. Please attempt to improve it for your next post and make your points clearer.

It's okay.

No one will see them.

Why worry?

WOW!

Bravo.

You should teach English. You've got an eye for it.

Also, I agree, people have been banned for less.

How does making a movie based upon board games children often play going to erode the memories of adults who once played them? Is it some sort of coded message in the games themselves, a sort of mnemonic kill-switch that induces selective amnesia? That kind of technique could be dangerous in the wrong hands. It might be fun to use in a game, though. A mind-obliterating game within a game. Hmm.

It's interesting to see everyone automatically say he's lying....

Anyway, I'm sure those movies will have hidden political undertones that will impress even me.
Monopoly: A tale of a man trying to make it big in the world, only to realize who he hurt in his rampant greed and obsession. Explores the evils of unregulated capitalism.
Battleship: A story of the terror of war and human nature. A fleet, stuck in the fog and still waters, is at war with another fleet under the same conditions. They desperately fire on each other, trying to wipe each other out, but for what? Why are they fighting, instead of helping each other, as humans? Why are humans driven by political and ideological notions and orders at the cost of lives?
Candyland: A look into hedonistic societies, people live in what they see as peace and harmony. But are they really happy? Is there any meaning or purpose to their lives, or are they just living in a land of lies?
