The graphics in Resident Evil 5 were very good and couch co-op was kinda fun.

Morrowind's magic system sucks. It's awkward to switch between magic and combat mode mid fight and leveling up magic skills takes forever. I always end up just using enchanted equipment.

Assasins Creed 2 has a bullshit ending made whilst taking hallucinogenic drugs

Halo: CE was an incredibly revolutionary game at the time of its release. Too bad it was such a bad game...

Half-Life 2 is a great game, but the puzzles suck. And there's only like four of them. I don't know why people give the game so much credit for that.

Rooster Teeth found a good use for Halo 3 in that it makes for great machinima.

Gears of War has nice graphics.

Halo 3's story expects you to know too much of the lore from the books and relies too much on geekouts from the readers (of which I am, so sucks for you).

That wasn't too hard.
It doesn't really, I had only played halo 1 and 2 when i started halo 3 and I only read started reading the books like 2 years ago.
Crap... Okay, then I'll say Arkham Asylum's end boss was horrible.

There, still not too hard.

But I did have a lot of geek moments from the throwbacks they made to the books in that game...

Vampire Rain
As soon as I saw Vampire Rain, I knew you were a braver soul than I. Played the game for 5 minutes, then had to find the nearest emergency eye wash station.

OT: Game I loved: Silent Hill had some of the most heinous tank controls I've ever encountered.
Game I hated: MW2's soundtrack was, admittedly, several different flavors of awesome.

The original Halo wasn't bad, it's too bad hating Halo got so cool... (which really only happened because too many 12 year olds found out about it)

Star Ocean: Till the End of Time: It has some pretty awesome music tracks.

Fallout 3: No matter how much I change my character, the game always seems to lead me to the same results. The NPC's don't seem to care whether or not I am the reincarnation of christ or if i've murdered thousands of people.

Something bad about a game I love: The direction controls for free-running in Assassin's Creed 2 are incredibly and stupidly picky sometimes and can easily lead to death.

Something good about a game I hate: The graphics for newer racing games look good, although I am absolutely terrible at them and will never win. Ever. (Which is why I hate racing games. Luckily video game driving skill doesn't translate into real-life or I'd have died a long time ago.)

I liked how they used a lot of the voice actors from the animated series that ran in the 90s.

Good: Final Fantasy 13 was...pretty.

Bad: Saints Row 2's storyline is completely over the top.

I thought Sonic Heroes' level-up system was rather interesting.

On the other hand, it's rather difficult to find new quests in Guild Wars.

Halo. Driving the vehicles is pretty fun (except when it comes to if you want to look around while driving)

Doom: it does get a bit boring after a while.

something good about a game i hate: Damnation ~ the game lets you climb buildings in a kinda cool fashion? ((rant at the end of my post!!!!))

something bad about a game i love: Alan Wake ~ the controls can be a bit sluggish at times ((especially when trying to dodge))

i'm sorry...there's just NOTHING good about Damnation...it never should have been made...it never should have been thought up..it was so bad..i couldn't even sit through the 1st Act, that's saying a LOT...back when there was nothing new for over a year, i played most of Eragon and Beowulf. that should tell you how bad Damnation is..the story only gives you pieces, like...the beginning there's a flashback to this nurse and your guy is like "i can't believe she's gone. i loved her so much" then the doctor get's kidnapped, and you have to go get him, and at that point ((about 3 hours in)) it said "he's in that city, we have to go rescue him" i litterally set my controller on the bed, stood up and said aloud to myself/to the game "no, no i don't you piece of horse shit. YOU have to go get him. i'm DONE. this, game, sucks."

needless to say i sold the game the next day ((i bought it at like...9:30 PM from Target the day of it's release)) i found the money in the parking lot and said..."eh, why not" to the game....i was VERY upset with myself..and still am..

Madden has potential to be fun with friends sometimes.

Persona 4 has an uncalled for hour and a half start-up.
