Scariest/creepiest/most unnerving sequences in any game

OMG when i read the title of the thread, i was thinking about this exact sequence (the first one anyway)! i feel as if my mind has been violated. so since i cant put this one now, i nominate the first time you meet the flood in halo. shut up, i was scared.
It's made me a little obsessed with Scarecrow, like, I really loved Heath Ledger's portrayal of The Joker in TDK (I know, how original am I) But never actaully watched batman begins, had no idea scarecrow was even in it, I'm a bit of a batman noob, but, I absolutely loved the scenes with scarecrow. When you played it, did you go into a room (for the first dream) and have scarecrows voice keep saying "get out" just getting louder and louder until he was like screaming, then go back through the same door you came in from and then have the bodybag scene?Ashcrexl said:

Im playing Dino Crisis and Im liking it alot so I come across one of the earlier dinos and Im SHIT THIS GUYS HARD TO KILL! So I decide to just boogie and hit the next room up thinking Ill be safe right. Wrong. I move into the room a little and it's BOOM! WHAT THE HELL! HOW CAN YOU OPEN DOORS! FUCK YOU JEFF GOLDBLUM! FUCK YOU MR PILKINGTON!

Your first encounter with the spiders in the tunnels in Penumbra... I hate spiders and they keep making that noises one of the only times I had a cold sweat in a game.
Revenholm as pretty scary too, once again I fucking hate spiders and the black crabhead which can low your energy to 1 if you don't kill it fast is pretty tense and the son of ***** don't die so easy.

In Fable 2, when you open one of the demon doors you take a walk down a nice snowy path, see a really comfy looking hut... the moment you walk into it, there's a loud SWOOSH noise and everything is suddenly twisted, dead and burned. There are also those weird cages with skeletons hanging out of them along the way out of the door.

The first appearance of the Tentacle in Half-Life and the section afterwards where you have to run around it and try to kill it.
I found the scene where you finally meet Andrew Ryan in Bioshock to be very unnerving.
