Scariest/Creepy/Unnerving/What-ever-you-call-it place in a game

Most of the nurseries in Dead Space 2. I'm so in love with that game at the moment.
Also, every cave in any pokemon game ever where that cave contains Zubat. It got to the point where I just didn't want to go in them anymore -_-+
I suppose a fail scary place would have to be, every place in RE4. Great game, not so scary though.

Probably the Titan Elementary from Dead Space 2. When your inside there music playing that a baby mobile plays and theres just something about abandoned schools in the horror genre that really makes me shudder.

I thought the entire Choir area in Amnesia: The Dark Descent is incredibly scary. Not just the torture rooms that are creepy as hell, it has the most monsters in any place in the game.

I don't usually play scary games, and as such my tolerance for the stuff is rather low, so while this might not have gotten to a lot of you, it freaked me out like nobody's business.

In Fable 3 when you first fight The Darkness in Aurora. That nonsense touched all of my phobias including my fear of blindness, darkness, unknown, caves, hallucinations, and losing people I care for. It killed me to have to leave Walter behind.

Then every dungeon in my modded Oblivion. The no battle music makes all the difference.
Ambient noises don't help either....

1: First time playing Resident Evil 3 and meeting Nemesis

2: Freaky video from Amber: Journeys Beyond, scene where you see a video clip of a kitchen. The video zooms and you can see a knife flying in the air hitting the cutting board. I know, it is not THAT scary but when I first time saw that video in the game, I just felt being away from my kitchen. :'D

3: Room in Penumbra Overture, it's really normal low illuminated room in an underground mine with cabinets all over, but when you turn up the light, then all around the walls are neon blue glowing text saying different disturbing things.

The Ocean House hotel in Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines. Anyone who has played that game knows what I'm talking about. It's a haunted hotel that you have to de-hauntify to get what you want from someone. Apparently a jealous husband killed his wife and child, then himself. The husband's ghost is trying to kill you while the wife's ghost is helping you in a very creepy way.

I mean, really. Whispering "Be careful." in my ear while I'm crawling through a dark vent is extremely counter-productive, lady.

Oh dear lord the Regenerators, they truly brought the scary back to the game. "haha, look at this silly zombie, shoot it in the leg and the leg comes clean off hehe... what the hell? IS IT JUMPING?! OH GOD MY NECK GETITOFF!!

The hotel in Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines. I played that area in broad daylight with people walking around the house, and I was still shitting myself with fright.

Really? What really creeped me out in Silent Hill 3 was the subway.

Well I never got past the mall so... I may well find it scarier.

Heh heh. Stay away from Mannequins then. On that note, don't watch this clip unless you want to be spoiled. This, and the park in the amusement park with the rocking chair, are the two that got me the most. The rocking chair made me jump so bad I literally fell off of my bed.

something about that was just unnerving, even with a highly trained 8 man SWAT team.

The entirety of Yume Nikki takes 2nd.
The department store and orchard levels in Condemned: Criminal Origins take 3rd.
