Personally I'm not the bravest individual when t comes to games, for instance I never played Bioshock because I knew I would probably do something regrettable in my underwear despite my friends assurances that it is awesome.
However personally my scariest moment in a game was actually in Fallout 3 of all games. It was in Vault 108 with the Gary's. For those who have never had the misfortune to enter that place, it is a vault that appears in empty with blood smeared up the walls, then when you go down a level you come across seemingly hundreds, though it was probably only a few dozen, identicle cloned Gary's running at you with Rolling Pins and Hammers and other items.
That particular vault terrified me but I never mentioned it to my friends until it came up in conversation a few weeks later. Turns out everyone else, with the exception of Marcus (who's on here under the user name "Mr. Wiggles"
But that's enough about me, what are the scariest moments you've come across in a game, what made it so scary, and what makes a set of coloured dots on a screen so terrifying. Class Discuss.
