I'm not really bothered by scars unless they're very large and noticeable, but I don't find them particularly sexy. I'm covered with scars, but not for an interesting reason. I was a clumsy child.
Same here. Lots of these stories:Omikron009 said:I'm not really bothered by scars unless they're very large and noticeable, but I don't find them particularly sexy. I'm covered with scars, but not for an interesting reason. I was a clumsy child.
Hey, don't jump to conclusions, man. I've got scars running every which way on my wrist and onto my forearm, and with more to come this year. All from various wrist surgeries. I couldn't care less about them, but it's only embarrassing to think how many people must assume that they were self-inflicted.NeoShinGundam said:Several horizontal scars running down the inside of her forearm are NOT okay. They are a sign of a very troubled history. I've met two girls with scars like that and found they had both gone through some f&ck#d-up sh*t in life.
They were both very attractive, intelligent and nice people, and I don't want to speak ill of them. Still, seeing those marks were a serious Red Flag moment that ultimately stopped me from asking them out.
Eyepatches on the other hand? I am 110% for those!!
Pretty much this, i find that scars from self harming are the sign that a person has gone through rough times and come out the otherside. The fact you are unable to forget about those times due to the scars is a constant reminder to keep your chin up and keep pressing forward.Girl With One Eye said:I have self harm scars on my legs, and they have never really bothered anyone I've been with. I'm always open about my history of self harm with my partners in case it is something which they can't deal with. Honestly, it took me a long time and a hard struggle to stop self harming, and I see my scars as a reminder that I am stronger than any of the bad things which have happened to me. I'm really sad to see that some people on here wouldn't date someone because of self harm scars, because we're not all "fucking crazy" or "emo", just people who were given a bad hand in life and found a different way to deal with it.
Kinda this - I had my mouth split open during a baseball practise when I was a kid. (Also broke fingers and various other minor injuries from years of playing) so I've got a scar on my mouth. Not too noticeable unless you're close. It actually make my lip a bit puffier, which is apparently attractive. Couple other small ones on my face from falls/etc, too.antidonkey said:Scars on women don't really bother me. It helps if there's a cool story behind them too. Hell, I knew one woman who had a pretty bad hair-lip scar and it didn't really detract from her incredible hotness.
Ok. So you're messing around with this lady friend you've just met. Things are going well, and you're getting into her pants and BAM! Cesarean section scar out of nowhere.Jonluw said:It's not personally something I fetishize, but it's not a dealbreaker either. Completely depends on the rest of the woman and how well she wears the scars.
If it's not completely fresh, my reaction would be something along the lines ofDags90 said:Ok. So you're messing around with this lady friend you've just met.
