I honestly don't enjoy Gears of War... seriously, it's just way too depressing.

And I also play Baldur's Gate.

Edit:Oh yeah, and I bought the pokemon trading card gaem... for the gameboy... *sobs*

lol you're not alone. And speaking of pokemon after I beat the game (blue) I realized that I could heal for free in the pokemon center. (been using potions and dying all this time)

A friend completed the water temple for me on ocarina of time, not even sure if I ever got round to doing it myself!

and I hated Majora's mask despite the snazzy gold cartridge.

I never played FF7, got bored and didn't finish Bioshock, and i cheat shamelessly on RTS games just because i love watching an innumerable horde march forth and decimate my NPC opponents (i don't cheat online, so don't chew me out. i still have some morals when it comes to cheating)

my ultimate shame... once on WoW I and another male player made female characters and danced on a tavern bar provocatively for money, then used the /kneel command in an inappropriate manner. all in all we made 15G each (a lot for a lvl 1 char) and agreed never to speak of it again.

EDIT: i also played DragonQuest: a java MMO that predates Runescape 2d... oh and i played runescape 2d and 3d but i don't feel so bad since i have a friend who still has a members account and plays regularly.

I played the trial of WoW and thought it was absolute bobbins.
Having learnt mouselook WASD, FPS games on consoles are an abomination to me and how anyone can prefer them leaves me speechless.
I don't own, nor have any inclination to own a Wii. Despite me loving my Gamecube.
I think all the Zelda games are akin to sandpapering my nob off.
I absoflaminglutely love RPGs. I don't care if it's Koboldy goodness or JRPG grinding. Love them.
Oblivion is not, and never will be, an RPG.
I've completed all the Pokemon games and get genuinely irate that certain ones are only available at tournaments that are never held over here.
The delay between releasing games in English in America and games in English in England makes me want to gun people down.
I don't think GTA is all that and Burnout Paradise sucks too.
I've got too many monosyllabic teenagers in my life without wanting play online.
Everyone who has an opinion on games, but has never been killed by Thargoids, hasn't got a valid opinion.

That was less of a bunch of gaming confessions as some random utterances. I care not.

I haven't read the entire topic but I bet that it's dominated by people who admit to playing Pokemon and Runescape.

Which leads me to my confession: While the rest of my teenage peers play FPS and such, I still play Pokemon.

I decided to *experiment* when my controller started vibrating randomly by putting it down my pants.

I was bitterly dissapointed.
I'm sorry that's just too tragically hilarious

I have no clue what Dues Ex Machina is.
'God Out Of The Machine', in Latin. Used to signify artificially-implemented miracles, such as an act of God to explain the end of a novel.

I thought Deus Ex Machina was pronounced "Doos Ekks MaSHEENA" for a really long time, until one of my theater friends said it's pronounced "DAY-oos Ekks MACH-een-na"
