I can't stand any of the Deep Strike missions in Dawn of War 2. Why? Because on any given standard mission, you're given three half-sized squads of soldiers and Vanilla ice, and escorted to a landing position from which the mission begins. On a deep strike mission, however, they forgo the landing zone and fire you out of a spaceship and into the middle of several hundred heavily-armed and very angry enemy soldiers. Without fail, this results in a massive number of friendly casualites in the first thirty seconds followed by a spectacularly violent rolling battle that swallows the entire map,(more often than not) multiple enemy bases, and a few small villages.
...It sounds much better than it actually is.
