I'm going to say Hitman 5. Although there was a surposedly leaked trailer that is all I have heard of it and I do love me a bit of Hitman. Blood Money to me was awesome and it has been getting better and better. I really want another one.

EDIT: Oh yeah, this and a Warcraft 4. I would kill for that.

Gotcha Force (I swear I mention this game in at least 75% of my posts)

Anyway it just never really caught on, the only people I know that have even heard of this game are people I have told about it. If only it got the attention it deserved D=

Now that I am all nostalgic, The Magic of Scheherezade needs a sequel. It was planned...but never happened.

Lost Odyssey 2
I dunno, by the end you are invincible immortal demi-gods with the plot wrapped up. I think it would take a hell of an effort to shoehorn in a sequel.

Fracture 2. An obscure little game that was surpisingly good for what it cost (£10).
They can use the same universe with different characters and a new story.

They were mentioned before but.. Timesplitters4 and Banjo-Threeie, the real banjo-kazooie 3, one with platforming and stuff. Maybe I'll try to write why. To be honest, it might be a bit of nostalgia, Timesplitters was my only First Person Shooter until I started TF2, it's a great FPS with many characters like monkeys, cows, zombies, clowns, Harry Tipper and many, many more. As for Banjo-Kazooie, well, it's the one game I managed to complete at 100% in my youth, twice, with great music. Though for new moves I'm not entirely sure what they'd come up with, but there are still possibilities I'm sure. If you read this far, you have my salutations. And yes, a second Chrono Trigger with the same cast and maybe more could be nice.

Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy needed a sequel so bad... too bad that one asshole who wrote the world's most generic screenplay cried foul because he thought Midway stole his story. He lost the lawsuit, but Midway didn't want to continue after the fiasco. I still want to find that guy and beat him senseless.

This is all I want, I want DK3, the strategy game! Not this stupid MMO they're making of it.

Fallout 4. New area, bigger than 3, more refined graphically and bug-wise, and generally just double the stuff from last time with none of it's problems.
SW:BF3. Yeah, obviously.
I'd also like a sequel to Crash Bandicoot 4 that was in the same vein as the first four games. To me the series went downhill from The Wrath of Cortex.
Also an AVP sequel that just extends the campaigns and just betters the first game in every way. Apart from the basics of the multiplayer. Most unique multiplayer I've ever played, loved the scary tense-ness of it.
