@CA: Yeah I've never seen him before. That's probably because I don't go into the off topic often so I really only know the people who frequent the RP and forum games sections :p

@Mysteryman: We know you're there, SHOW YOURSELF!!

@staika: Well, the issue wasn't so much that she was loud per se. What concerned us was what she would do while she was being loud.

She was really a goofy cat. Late at night she would always howl like a banshee and wander around the house. This was bad enough but you learned to grow accustomed to it. But then she decided to step up her game.

She would drag our shoes to the stairs and started tossing them down, howling triumphantly as though she had successfully cast one of us down. When someone would finally call out her name she would just mew sweetly and go back to acting like a normal cat.

And that isn't even getting into the weird stuff yet... >.<

@Link: hahahaha Dude I almost fell out of my chair XD

My cat doesn't do anything that weird but my dog has a habit of sniffing the inside of your shoe and then getting her nose stuck in it and then flail around a bit until it flies off. She once did this 5 times in a row before we took the shoe away -_-

@staika: That just reminds me of the time my dad finished off a gallon of ice cream and gave it to our dog. He got his head stuck in the jug and started charging around the house like a blindfolded bull.

My mom was not pleased.

@Link: That sounds like something my dog would do. The worst problem they have is that they bark too damn much to the point they have a system on how to bark at nothing.

First one dog usually sunny will bark at a noise and then stop but the other dog which is usually emmy will bark because she thinks sunny is barking at something which causes sunny to bark at nothing. and then they will continue to bark at the wall until I come and yell at them.

@staika: At least their intentions aren't malicious.

It is well known that our oldest dog is...well...eccentric. He's half blind, half deaf, and entirely stupid. The younger two dogs are very good at exploiting this fact to their advantage.

Let's say that I am petting my oldest dog and one of the other two become jealous (happens more often then not actually). One of them will just softly bark while standing near the window. This will send the elder into a barking frenzy and he will rush outside to defend whatever honor he has misplaced upon himself.

Then the other dog will take his/her place by my side. It's really quite manipulative.

Dangit, I just realized I'm the only one in my family not home for the holidays yet.

CURSE YOU FINALS!!

@link: That's so evil. Luckily I only have two dogs so it's easy to pet both of them at the same time :p

Also I have been out of school this entire month and I don't start back until January 3rd :p

[HEADING=1]General Announcement:[/HEADING]

The game will begin in roughly nineteen to twenty-four hours, depending on how awake I am tomorrow morning. People who have sent me numbers, yet who have not posted in the thread, you have until then to do so. If you have not posted in the thread by this time, you will not be taking part in the game.

I will publish the final list of participants and determine who has which roles tomorrow.

In case the sign ups are still open, I'd like to give this a try. Sorry if I'm late to the party.

"Gaaames. We need gaaaames."

And I noticed this game the first year I came here. Never took part in it but now that my English has improved I feel that I understand. Not that it was my terrible language skills, I was a bit lazy and shy too!

I don't really mind a lot of players. The site I usually play Mafia on is quite small but can still run games with over 25 players easily. The more the merrier.

@staika: Throw a fair bit of rain into the mix - which doesn't look like it's going to stop any time soon, =( - and add a dash of lonely romanticism and you've got my situation. >.<

@CA: I've got the rain covered but it is actually snow at the moment. But no lonely romanticism for me so I guess you got me beat.
