It was 11 PM when staika got home from work. "Today was a strangely good day." Staika thought to himself as he opened the door to his house. The first thing he did was throw off his shoes and walk to the living room and sat down on the couch too tired to do anything else. Staika reached out for the remote and turned on the TV, he discovered that there was a basketball game on. He made himself comfortable as he watched the game and eventually fell asleep on the couch.
The night was a peaceful one but there was someone out to cause torment in the peaceful night and he was targeting staika's house. Staika awoke to a loud noise, he looked around and noticed that something was wrong but he couldn't tell what it was. Sleepily he got up to check around his home trying to locate the cause of the noise. Walking over to the front door he noticed that the door had been forced open. "There could be an intruder, I better check out the house." Staika thought to himself going to the other side of the house.
What staika did not know was there were the eyes of a killer training on his every move just waiting for a chance to strike. Staika continued to search his house when he discovered a note on his kitchen table. He picked up the note and read it. "Have a nice day?" Was what the note said. Staika was confused at what he read but then he realized something, he was being watched.
Staika knew he had to get out of the house and right when he was about to leave he noticed something on the counter. It was a pair of sunglasses with a note. "Don't look behind you." was what the note said. After staika finished reading a note a gun shot broke the silence of the silent night. The gun shot hit staika in the head and killed him instantly. A mysterious figure walked up to where staika's body was and picked up the sunglasses. The mysterious figure grinned maliciously as he wiped the blood off of the sunglasses.
I am too tired to write an epic, I did make it completely serious though with no stupid funny parts.
