@Elfgore: Actually, Malbourne is employing a brilliant strategy. If the Kira is who he thinks they are, they don't dare to kill him, since everyone will suspect. Whereas if they are innocent, Kira will avoid killing him because he's a safe vote. And then, such a vocal executioner, nobody would think of executing, either. Essentially he's immune from death, since there is no good reason to kill him. Which is what a Kira would do!

This just in, Malbourne confirmed Kira. Somebody assassinate him with extreme prejudice, before he makes us sacrifice more penguins
