No, at no point does it say she has tiny pore teeth. Best case scenario it'd be like having millions of little mouths suck at you. Like a woman made of leeches.

@EvilRoy: The problem I find with Quiet is the fact how flawed her condition is.

Breathing through your skin can lead to multiple problems. What if you're bleeding? Getting blood on you could either drown you or cause infections due to the blood intake through spores. Also if she can't swim because it'll choke her through the skin, how can she be in heavy rain? It's almost like swimming except having mili second gaps of air relief.

What about being in the freezing cold? You'd be more likely to get light headed from fighting for oxygen in cold climates, and the fact putting a blanket / wrapping yourself with heavy clothing would suffocate her. Then again it's never explained as to why she can't simply breathe through her mouth as an alternative means. Or her nose.... cause she can still use those.

Let's not get started with if you throw oil / paint / chemicals onto her. Even her own sweat could cause some major problems but the game does explain how she 'doesn't' sweat nor needs to eat. It's all really flawed if you apply logic.

Well, haven't played the game, but from what I've gathered in the thread that asked why people are making a big deal out of her design (Gee, I wonder, what are people complaining about the most around these parts?),

she wears those clothes because she literally breathes through her skin.

Apparently, she was a victim in a horrific accident that burned up her lungs to the point that they were unusable. So they decided to give her surgery that would allow her to breathe using...photosynthesis or some shit? (I'm pretty sure that's not how photosynthesis works, by the way, but whatever; This is the series that gave us Psycho Mantis)

Even though the villain apparently went through the same thing and also breathes through his skin, but he's covered in clothes.

And Quiet is apparently in the water a lot, which she, by that logic, shouldn't be able to do. Since she would probably, you know, drown?

Funnily enough, according to the thread, Kojima had said the people who criticized and ogled her would feel bad once they found out the justifiable reason whe wears that. Even though, from what they've said in the thread, the cutscenes featuring her spend a lot of time focusing on her boobs, ass and croth.

So, if this is all true, the game is like "Look at her! Look at those TITS! AND THAT MAGNIFICENT FUCKING ASS! ISN'T SHE HOT?! LOOK AT HER!!!!" at first, and then turns around and goes like "Oh yeah, here's the reason why she's wearing a bikini in the desert, how fucking dare you ogle her, shame on you."

...Like I said, this is just based on what I've seen in the thread. Did I get it right? If not, feel free to correct me.
